I am extremely angry and disappointed…
I am extremely angry and disappointed with the horrible experience I had with Siraa by Sadaf Fawad Khan. I ordered a kurta for my husband for Eid and after placing the order I received absolutely nothing — no confirmation email, no order details, no update whatsoever. It’s shocking that a brand claiming to be professional can’t even send a basic order confirmation.
I had to chase them myself by messaging through email, WhatsApp, and Instagram multiple times just to get any response. After repeatedly following up, the only reply I received was: “Your order has been confirmed. It's on delay due to some productional issue.”
That was the only response. No proper explanation, no update, no timeline.
I then asked for a refund since the order had clearly not been shipped, and they completely ignored my message. I even asked them if they were actually going to send my order or not, and again there was no response at all.
This level of customer service is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. How do you run a business when you can’t even handle basic communication with your customers?
I run a business myself, and customer service is my top priority, so seeing a brand operate with such carelessness is honestly shocking.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will never shop from Siraa again. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
