Worst customer service ever! I registered at their website in order to receive a discount on my order but it came very late (only after I already placed the order). Therefore, I called their customer service and asked if I can still receive the discount so I don't have to cancel and re-order the items (saves both parties admin work). After 30 mins in the queue the lady was rude and eventually even canceled my order (after I said specifically that I don't want it to be canceled!!!) and then just hung up the next second when she noticed she messed up. Now they don't even have one of the items that I wanted to order (which I would have received if the support didn't cancel my order after I specifically asked them not to). No apology whatsoever.

Terrible company. I bought a pair of shoes through Zalando.nl. The first delivery wasn't successful because the Sacha operators didn't register my address correctly.
They advised to place a new order that got returned to them again because they did't correct the address.
Unbelieveble.

do not buy here. I bought two shoes about a month ago. One of them opened on the side an hour of usage (just a little to be fair). But the worst is that the sole has just completely detached form the shoe. The other pair i have barely used, but the sole (like the white part) broke a little on the side. Also they are not that comfortable, and the sole is really hard... At least i bought them in a discount. Paying full proce for this shoes is a waste of money

Just what i wanted it!!! Fit perfect, they are comfortable, i work on retail, so i needed shoes that would be comfortable to work and look good, it takes a while to get used to them for long hours because of the leather, but once they are adapted to my feet it's great!! Love them.

I love Sacha Shoes, however I do wish they’d deliver to the U.K. - I used to regularly travel to Bruges and Brussels but since the combined problems of Brexit & Covid I haven’t been able to get to Belgium for almost 2 years and I’m looking on with envy at the recent collections.
The shoes/boots I have in my wardrobe from Sacha’s are well made, stylish & comfortable as well as being reasonably priced. The service in their stores is always helpful too.
Please start delivering to the U.K. …

One of the best shoe store in Amsterdam.The selection is large and varied with every different type, style and brand of shoes you could want. The prices are very reasonable with good customer service. I highly recommend it.

After 2 failed attempts to buy these shoes, finally, a pair on my size, was available. They look great and are very comfortable.

I bought a pair of brown leather shoes, really nice and comfortable. If there is not your size in the shop, you can order it and in few days you can receive it at home ;)
