A rich and interesting EVOO journey
I have recently visited Sabino Leone Frantoio. I took a full tour that included the olive grove, the mill, the bottling and shipping steps. Then I tasted the different olive oils produced.
Thank you to Simone who provided me with clear and interesting information and who responded to all my questions. It has been a very interesting experience in addition to discovering excellent olive oils, I strongly recommend. Each oil from different cultivar has its own characteristics offering a large range of fruitiness, bitterness and pungency.

Impressive tour of the facility
We toured the facility - wow! This tour is as comprehensive as you want it to be. These folks take olive oil production more seriously than you can possibly imagine. Every step, from sustainability of the cultivation and production process to preservation of polyphenols in the stored finished product. If you are unsure at the end, just try the sampling of six flavors 🙌
