Only Sabertrio can ensure great customer support and amazing models
After being utterly disappointed by Ultra Sabers (as per the comments all say ...) I decided for a more customized approach by taking my shot with Sabertrio. I must say the reviews were great, but not as great as the ones concerning the customer support - which I was more interested in. I spared for months and months to be able to afford a true quality lightsaber with the latest technology and man I chose well. First of all the website is very attractive. True, the choice is kinda limited, but I'd rather see a few models being handled like pros rather than a filled up catalog with crappy designs and construction problems. I absolutely loved to be able to customize the metal of the saber, and even if I did not choose to opt for the heavily but expensive customized worn render, I appreciated the option nonetheless. I paid $700 for my very customized saber and was warned that production could take up to 12 weeks and I was OK with that. It ended being ready in 4-6 weeks tops, while I was on a long vacation abroad so I immediately contacted them to suspend the sending and they were quick to answer and prone to understand, which reassured me a lot. When I returned, the parcel arrived in two separate packages (hilt boxset and blade) extremely well protected and both intact. The saber boxset itself if quite amazing in its design and capacity. Classy, simple, very Star Wars in every aspect. I was astonished by the amazing job on th saber, it's quiet heavy, looks gorgeous as well and worked beyond my expectations. Only downside was the blade, which was intact, but seemed to be a tiny bit faulty as once the blade is off, there was still some kind of blue lights on. I took some pictures of the problem and got a very quick reply from Sabertrio who decided to send me another blade at no additional cost, deeming the batch of the blade to be faulty so they were careful to select another batch. Also, they insisted that I updated them concerning the arrival and test of the blade, so they are definitely not letting people down. The blade arrived and it worked perfectly this time. I must say I was right to select Sabertrio and I am absolutely positive that they are the perfect support team for such creations. Polite, responsive, emphasizing and fair, really all what you could expect from a customer support. If I ever want to buy a new one, that is definitely Sabertrio I'd choose again without a inch of hesitation. Thank you so much, team, for all you've done.
