Caution: shipping from China

My low rating is based wholly on the fact that the item shipped from China and this cost me (in the EU) almost €100 in import fees. It should be clear in their shipping policy that they dispatch from China, especially as the company is registered in the Netherlands. I sent a complaint to the company but did not even receive a reply.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the unexpected import fees and the lack of communication about your shipment from Hong Kong. We have been in regular contact with the email account used for order #27014, and we have only received one response regarding order follow-up, not anything about customs. The product was on sale with a buy one, get one promotion, therefore the price is reasonable, and the tax should not be more than €100. In addition, we have no influence over Slovenian customs regulations. We have also sent you another email using sabertheory@outlook.com to address this issue further.

We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it leads to additional costs. We'll work on making our shipping policies clearer to avoid such issues in the future. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!

Revan Saber so dope!

Order got to me really fast and I'm very happy with how the sabers look I was able to get 2 extra sabers for free and I will gift them to my friends cause they love star wars too!

Love them, they are doing their best, can be improved a bit.

Firstly, I don't know why It only shows me this page at Dutch language but It's not good.

And about my main review. I love SaberTheory. And I will order from there again. But the replying times and understanding and answering is not good enough. Sometimes It's easy to miss some mails or forgettable to write some things, I understand. But also about giving information, It's best to do more. For example, pre-shipping infos, shipment period infos etc. there might be issues because of lack of information or the time period of giving it. For example, I have been told that the shipment will be done by "A" Cargo Company, but they sent with "B" Cargo Company. I know, your website says "We are sending with A or B Companies", still it might create some problems depending on Company Fullfillments or issues occurs by regions and countries. At the end, I ordered lightsabers but I had to let them go in the Customs because of some things miscalculated or havent been known by me and SaberTheory. It's ok, but please take this as a structural review. Best Regards, Happy 4th Year...

My last mail to SaberTheory is in here, and that's the explanation why I didn't take the products as much as I wanted to:

"Unfortunately, customs procedures are over 10 thousand X country money, which is over 2 times the order. As for the cost of returning the product, Cargo Company informs us that the shipping and return fees are 10 X country money.

As a student whose hobby has been Star Wars for years, who hardly orders even lightsabers on sale, I am not in a position to afford them. All I wanted to do was to buy the most affordable lightsaber and duel with my friend, we leave it for another time.

I have witnessed unpredictable events due to dealing with customs for the first time. I will leave the product to customs to avoid further costs. Although I don't have a lightsaber yet, I plan to buy it again in the future.
You can assume that you have completed all the work and procedures related to this order number and that the product has been delivered.

I apologize for causing you so much trouble.

Missing 2 Sabers...

EDIT 2.0: All three sabers have been received. No issues, love them!

EDIT: See reply below. Will update review once the matter is resolved. Will say that the saber I received is very nice.

ORIGINAL: Placed an order during their recent buy one get two free promotion. Due to the discount, I ordered the more expensive Xenopixel blade saber and was supposed to receive two baselit sabers. All three are listed in my order summary (#27523) and were supposed to arrive in the same shipment (only one tracking number was provided). Package arrived with only the xenopixel saber and customer service has yet to reply to my emails about the two missing sabers. No phone number available to call. Very disappointed.

SaberTheory is honestly the best saber…

SaberTheory is honestly the best saber company I’ve ever delt with I ordered my Anakin lightsaber a year ago at this point and I haven’t regretted it. The saber came early and the saber is phenomenal I love it and how versatile it is. Even when I had a problem where my blade got stuck inside the hilt when I contacted customer support they instantly were willing to help after explaining what was wrong and sending a video of the problem they sent me a new top half of my hilt and sent a video guide on how to take out all the electrical parts and install them to my new piece I’ve wanted to buy another for a while so hopefully I can soon thank you sabertheory for being amazing!!

Shipping Problems

Ordered the Lego themed saber from them and it shipped from China using a DHL as the shipping company and it was never received. After emailing them I was differed to DHL (understandably) and never got a refund for any sort of useful update from either company explaining what happened to the package.

Sabertheory is a company I can count on!

I bought from sabertheory on their buy one get one free sale and they were very responsive to delivery and shipping times and delivered it in under 2 weeks which is impressive!
I got two youngling base lit sabers and they are absolutely amazing in my hands and the best part is that I can combine them to turn into a saber staff!!!
Highly recommend sabertheory to someone who wants to get into the lightsaber community and to have some good quality lightsabers!

Brilliant site for buying quality lightsabers

I've ordered a total of 4 lightsabers from Sabertheory so far, all off them have been amazing quality, and aside from the 1st lightsaber (which arrived a little late), all of them arrived a few days earlier than expected.

Overall amazing site, highly recommend getting a saber from here if you're looking for one.

I ordered Luke's lightsaber from…

I ordered Luke's lightsaber from SaberTheory on September 14th. They mentioned that it would take 8-15 days for delivery, so I was expecting to receive it around October. However, it has been a whole month and I have not received anything. It seems evident that SaberTheory has not even begun processing my order or started the shipping process. It feels like they are completely ignoring my order.
