The absolute best customer service and product.
The absolute best customer service ever. Like from the second i ordered my ani proffie to the day it arrived i got updates and everything you could ask for. Even after it arrived i asked if i could get a better description on how it works and within the same day they sent me a video and a doc with everything it does. I will definitely be getting another saber from SaberTheory. Also the saber is absolutely amazing and it looks even better! If you’re looking for a place to get a saber. Please choose SaberTheory.

The product we purchased was found by my son online. I trusted his judgement as he researched a lot of different products the Lightsaber we picked was very high quality and functioned exceptionally. He is the expert and has been raving about how much he likes it for more than a month now as he discovers new features and settings. He is more than happy and that is all I hoped for .

2 sabers.. 2 different material.. both trash
I ordered 2 sabers.
Mauls and Inquisitors.
Maul cheaper for fight,
inquis more expensice for display.
While hilts were nice looking that was propably the only thing goodabout them.
For that prize i was disgusted..
in 1st 3 days, all 3 of them (mauls are technically 2 sabers at one) started having lighting issues. Switching off on its own, buttos started to be too sensitive or stoped worked at all. They color is changing so freaking fast that it is impossible to get the red one.. they both are missing the sounds for those specific sabers but god kills us if we missed the unicord sounds right?
now they thave separated problems.
Inquisitor has a new function that you can switch to full round or just half.. that was cool asf... until i found out it is held by magnets... so fricking weak that the round part of the hilt is moving on its own..
Darth mauls sabers are just falling apart. like litrally.
but thats not the worst part... Nobody will tell oyu that you have to disamble the whole fukcing thing to get to the charge port.. it is hidden inside the hilt so you have to take out the whole inside... not covered at all so all motherboards and stuff is exposed..
also when you have to use those screwerdrivers to split maul sabers into two... how about.. i dont know... screw the whole thing. why do i have to use screwdrivers to hold them together...? Like imagine that in battle...
"oh you cut my saber in half.. let me just... take my small srewdriver... oh no!... one tiny little screw fell to the ground!...I can´t find it! what a shame...lets fight now... oh you left already.."
not fricking mentioning that batery goes bye bye after like a hour...
Compared to lightsaber spear from armyfantasy.cz
it is more expesinve but the batery lasted 3 days in row... not a single problem until we hit that saber too hard and it was the funniest thing i ever witnesses bcs it switched off upon contact and after re-ignition.. it turned white... "bro you just turned me into grey jedi" And guess what. it still works after that... and that was year ago...

Overall good just two issues I had
My experience was good there was some confusion at first with the order but they got back to me and were very helpful the only thing I could really point out as being difficult is having a hard time going through the website to see my order and manage the options and they did end up helping me with that and they were patient and kind just did take a while to hear a response but that’s understandable in a busy business month like may with a short staff overall very good

Costumer service is top notch, I felt special!
I was shocked about the very high product quality, didn't expect it to be honest, I truly felt special when I got my hands on them. There are many options to choose from according to taste and budget. I could not afford that particular saber without the May 4 SALE opportunity, let alone the 2nd one. When I had a personal question that I couldn't find the answer for on the website - which is rare, they pretty much cover it all - contacting the costumer service was a really nice experience! They answered fast, with polite and informative response and I always felt that they care! I experienced a personal communication, not an auto-generated bot response. They tried to help and assist me - within reason - the best way they could. I am truly amazed about this, nowadays its a rarity and very much appreciated! Thank you again!
