Never Received Promo Item
UPDATE: service did finally respond. They agreed to honor their promise and it has been quiet since then. In the meantime, my order did arrive and one of the three sabers was faulty out of the box. The sound does not work and the blade intermittently glitches. Suspect an issue with the board in the hilt. Sent a video to service to document and still waiting on a response. Dropped 5 Benjamin’s and received 2.5 sabers out of the promised 4. Overall, this order has been a total failure. I cannot recommend this company.
ORIGINAL: Ordered as part of promotion during May 4th deals. Promo was for free saber if spending more than $250. Never got the free saber included in my order and customer service has ghosted me since. Reviews here seem split for those who order and receive what they paid for vs getting less than what was promised. Your order can be great or the experience can be epic fail. if you are a betting person, flip the coin and good luck.

Individually nice but together not so much
Lightsabars are very nice but the connector for the shadow lord sabars is terrible it doesnt hold well at all when put together but simply on their own they are very nice

Great product for a great price
I got the saber really quick. It works great I don’t like how easy it is to change the “font”. I get the idea of it, but I bought Obi wans lightsaber not Darth Vaders. It’s awesome that you can change it just make it harder to do so. Also the controls are really complicated. Im sure when I get used to it, it will get better. Great product though!!
