Chris was very patient, methodical, and accommodating when I came to him with a significantly complex multi-saber request. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and was very professional. Upon receiving the sabers, I was very impressed by the high standard of workmanship and care that had gone into my project.

I sent an ancient Vaders Vault lightsaber, bought back in 2016 for my son Joe, off to SaberSense, hoping they could fix a broken speaker.

Chris replied as if repairing a decade-old relic was no trouble at all, and offered to sort it for a very reasonable price.

After a few emails (and Chris educating me about all the new technology available), I ended up upgrading the whole thing: new pixel blade, new internals/soundboard, the works.

Chris kept me updated every step of the way, and when the saber came back… it was better than anything I could have imagined.

The best part? My son, who was 6 when he first got it and is now an occasionally grumpy near-16-year-old, has been transformed. He’s literally running around the house swinging this thing like a happy young Padawan again. He will not put it down. Miracles do happen.

Huge thanks to Chris and SaberSense — brilliant service, brilliant craftsmanship, and apparently the ability to reverse teenage mood swings with a single upgraded lightsaber.

I contacted Sabersense to see if they were able to convert a broken Legacy saber to Neopixel. Chris was excellent, informative, and has given new life to a saber that had become a paper weight. Very happy with his work, and will 100% be using SaberSense again

I have been buying neopixel sabers since 2018 back when crystal shard was the standard I have owned over 40 now and half being from custom installers. This was by far the best experience I have ever had Chris was fast and responsive getting a made to order saber done in just 10 days everything about the experience was so personalized the install is incredibly well done and he prints you out instructions specifically for your saber and how to use it, he makes a personal video for you on your exact saber and the build and sends you a very nice sabersense magazine with all of the information about all the sabers he has worked on in the past I will 100% be getting a install done by him again in the future couldn't recommend sabersense more :).
