They totally misrepresent their…

They totally misrepresent their business presenting themselves as making reservations, charging a credit card. INSTEAD of reservations, on is noticed that 3 days may be required before confirmation. It was clear I was scheduled to depart in 4 days! Witout a confirmed flight one cannot reach them. BAD company!!!!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, no solution brought to problems that are made by the company itself!
Our flight from less than 24h was cancelled and changed to one flight with more than 40h, departing from another city! We asked to start from the initially booked city and I spent 3 hours in the chat, passing from one person to the next "expert" one to get a mail at the end saying that it is like this and they can't do anything! Horrible and never again

Scaming rebooking fees and awful customer services

I booked flights seperate with another flight company. I reliased just after i booked with the company Flightnetwork that i would miss my connecting flight. So i tried with the customer services which uses AI translate... I paid extra for rebooking possibility. They couldnt change my flights for the day and offered to book it with another date. I said no i will unbook. It costs me 44 euros even when i unbooked within 30 minutes i booked the tickets! I booked my flights with Ticket.se instead and there were flights i could take with SAS flightcompany. Just BS there werent any options to rebook it.. DONT USE THEIR SERVICES. I Unbooked the flight by myself and still have to pay to them.

Beware of the Flightnetwork travel…

Beware of the Flightnetwork travel agency. I tried to cancel my flight 1 hour after purchase, and they charged me $45 USD for cancellation, and they call it a handling fee. Other airlines and travel agencies have 24-hour canclation window policy for a full refund

Total scam, stay away

This company is a scam, clearly trying to get money out of users, changing prices after transactions are done!
We bought flight tickets with flexible option (travel within Europe), called customer service and asked to rebook for a new date, which was 5 months in the future, and was told the price difference to pay was over 800€ per person (when the original ticket price was 780€ total for two passengers, and flights for the new dates on the airline own websites were around 500€ per person!!). I complained that the price difference was too high and was told that "prices are dynamic" and I could try calling again. I called again the next day, and was told that now the price difference was just 50€ per person, so I confirmed the reebooking, paid the 100€ and got confirmation on the phone that all was ok and I would receive the new tickets within 24h. I did receive an email, but instead of tickets there was a message stating that prices had changed again in the meantime and, if I wanted to keep my rebooked dates, I should pay another 630€. Absolutely ridiculous and outrageous! Once a transaction is done pricing shouldn't change!
The only good thing I can say about this company is that I didnt have to wait to talk to customer service. Everything else is absolutely terrible and no one should buy from them. Additionally, all extras were way more expensive than on the airline own website (e.g. luggage 60€ vs 25/30€ on airline website).
If I could, I would give 0 stars.

Booked flight through Flight Network…

Booked flight through Flight Network rather than going direct then the flight was moved from Latam Airlines to Qantas but when we turned up for flight their was no baggage included which is clearly on the payment advice. Latam said that we had to go through our agent to get the refund but we have chased Flight Network for months but they are rude and do not do anything. I would never recommend anyone to use them and will never ever book with them again. So very disappointed.

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

I have booked through Flight Network a direct flight on 19.09.2025 from Malta to Tunis on Tunisair Express, which takes about 70 minutes.
Actually, the flight was operated by Windrose Air, an Ukrainian Airline with a totally overaged A319, which is based in Tel Aviv / Israel, with a stop-over in Catania / Italy for re-fueling.
I would never accepted an Ukrainian Airline based in Tel Aviv, if I would have known that before.
The flight from Malta to Tunis took finally about 5 hours - a strange experience, which would be entitled for a fare-refund.
There was no response to my complaint from Flight Network, despite reminders.
The practice of this company is totally unreliable and unacceptable, assuming no responsibility at all.

WAITING FOR REFUND OF REFUNDABLE AIRFARE SINCE FEBRUARY , WAITING AND WAITING

Well, the only way I can get any kind of reaction to reviewing this company is to do it through Trust Pilot. Again... Order no. 1047-502-553 - (order no. is included so they can't avoid replying to my review! Two days ago this company sent me a reply to my last review (from 10 September) about waiting since February for my refund. On 7 July they updated my account to say the refund had been received and to allow 7 working days for my refund. By my calculations, it has now been 50 working days since that date and still no refund. In the meantime, the credit card I paid with has expired and with the last phone conversation I had with them, they were going to send me a link to update my payment details.... which hasn't come. Frustrating to get a reply two days ago to my latest review, saying I needed to be patient as they are waiting on the refund from the airline!! THIS TRAVEL AGENT IS A SCAM.... TAKE NOTE OF THE REVIEWS AND STOP USING THEM!

This company is dishonest

This company is dishonest. I requested to add baggage to my booking, but they only added it to the outbound flight and not for my return. Despite charging me for both ways, they refused to provide the baggage allowance for my return and also refused to refund my money. I am left with no option to travel back with my 23kg luggage. I called multiple times and followed up, but after a lot of effort they still rejected my refund request. Very disappointing experience. Do not buy flight ticket from this company.

NO SERVICE IN FLIGHT NETWORK, JUST HOPELESS !

FLIGHT NETWORK, ALTHOUGH YOU DENIED IT, YOU RECEIVED A FEW TIMES ALL THE DETAILS OF MY CANCELLED TRIP BY WIZZ AIR MALTA on 16 June 2025.

I received a refund of ONLY $65.89 from Wizz Air, but the amount is not correct.
I asked you for an explanation for this insufficient refund, but you did not respond, neither Wizz Air.

Scam

Scam. Got me "best" price for 4 passenger round trip tickets on SATA to Azores from JFK. FInd out at JFK takeoff only 2 of the 4 passenger tickets allow luggage and must pay for 3rd and 4th piece. Cost me $500 to bring those 2 pieces back and forth.
These scammers needs to dissappear !!!!! 🛩

Sky Scammers

Absolute Scam, using Sky Scanner they were the cheapest by far then after them getting all my details, they added $186.67 which represented 10% to the air fare. Waste of time and effort, avoid with extreme prejeduce SCAM.

I want to strongly warn everyone



I want to strongly warn everyone — Flight Network is a big scam and a complete fraud. They are playing with people’s money and emotions, and I urge everyone not to trust them or book any ticket through them.

Here’s my experience: once you book a ticket through them, they will contact you the very next day claiming that your flight is cancelled due to some vague, unknown reasons. Then they will promise that your refund will be processed in 5-6 business days. But the reality? You’ll be waiting for months.

You’ll have to follow up with them again and again, and every time you’ll hear a new excuse or story. The process is stressful and mentally exhausting. Their customer support team is based in India and unfortunately, they are clueless about the actual status of your case. They keep repeating the same script, which only worsens your frustration.

I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT book your tickets with Flight Network. They will take your money, not give you any ticket, and then use your money elsewhere — probably in online trades or other fraudulent activities.

This is a dishonest company making a business out of scamming people. Please, save yourself the stress, time, and money — stay away from Flight Network.

Utterly useless scam!!

Utterly useless scam!!! Booked a flight by mistake thinking I was booking directly. All edits have to be done through their website which you need the booking confirmation email to use. Despite an email coming through almost right away asking me if I wanted to book accommodation as well I never received a confirmation email.
Rang their customer service and got the order number went to website to use it and it requires a confirmation email when input, again emails never arrived, Customer service claims it may be because they can't send to iinet email addresses to which I cry b**ls**t as I got an email from them immediately after the booking.
Fortunately not a super expensive ticket but I have done my dough on it. DO NOT USE!!!

Misleading "Flexible Ticket"

Misleading "Flexible Ticket" – Forced to book bussiness class so Pay More to Change Flights

I had a very disappointing experience with Flight Network. I specifically purchased flexible tickets expecting to be able to make changes if needed — that's what "flexible" should mean, right?

However, when I contacted customer service to change my flight, I was told that I could only make changes if I upgraded to business class — which is completely different from what was advertised. This is misleading and feels like a trap.

The platform gave me no clear explanation of what "flexible" actually included at the time of purchase, and now I’m stuck with a ticket I can't use unless I pay much more. This kind of hidden condition is unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to avoid booking with Flight Network, especially if you're relying on flexibility. Be very careful — what you see is not what you get.

I booked a return Flight from Luton to…

I booked a return Flight from Luton to Prague 1 hour ago, I received an email stating they are confirming the flight with the Airline, it also gave me a Order Number. After not receiving any further information for an hour, I tried to find my order on the Flight Network sight with my email address and the order number. It stated the order Number was not found. I tried several times and had the same response. I googled Flight Network contact details and found the same number I was diverted to with my email and Order number, it asked, however, it stated the order number cannot be found and I couldn't go any further. I tried to find alternative numbers or emails but kept being provided with the same number.
I have 3 days to the flight but cannot contact them at all, I am extremely angry and frustrated and the return flight cost £270, I cannot afford to rebook with another airline.
