This company should be shut down!! Look at these reviews and BELIEVE them. Word for word, people are telling the truth. I went through the exact experience, made my order in February and guess what- it was supposedly delivered but yet it wasn't at my home! Then came the offer of a duplicate shipment with a more reputable shipper and the same thing happened again. And they want to offer me a 70% refund? I told them I guess that's how they make their money by stealing from everyone and never making a delivery..

Don’t do it!!!! I have orders in late February and didn’t receive the shipment even though they swore it was delivered. They shipped again with a “more reliable shipping “ company. Kept an eye out for the delivery, states it was delivered on the 13th and it is no where. Checked with my awesome neighbors and nothing. Then asked for a refund and they offered me a 40% at first then offered 70%. NOPE! Give me 100% of my money as it’s not not my issue you have unreliable shipping ! Run and don’t look back!

Waited a month for the product. It said it was delivered but wasn't. I asked for a refund they had the nerve ti ask if I would take a 60% refund as they had suffered a loss and that it would take up to 25 days. These people are a scam big time

Company said package was delivered but it was NOT delivered to my home. No reply from customer service when inquiring about a refund. Do not recommend buying from these folks

This website sells really cheap clothes, and they're quite nice after I received them. If there were more websites like this offering good quality at low prices, people like us who earn little could finally live a decent life. Sigh, prices are skyrocketing, but our take-home pay is always so low.

Placed order in January, waited over a month for tracking to say delivered but I never got them. Emailed company, they said they would resend, again a month later and the second order says delivered but obviously not to me. Still waiting on refund…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have encountered significant issues with this company's delivery service on two separate occasions. In both instances, the tracking information indicated successful delivery, yet the packages were never received. This recurring problem suggests a systemic issue rather than mere coincidence, leading me to question the legitimacy of their operations.

This company is a complete farce!! I ordered the capris, and after two months of emails back and forth still no refund as promised and no capris!! The tracking site says the capris were delivered and they were never delivered. The company promised me at first a 40% refund and they gave me $1.41 back which I don't know how they do their math buts that's not 40%. Then they promised a full refund a month ago and still nothing!! Do not order from this company, it's a complete scam!!

Placed order 2/18/26 ORDERryxra260218064744416, received tracking information. As of 3/24/26, still waiting for delivery. This is the 2nd scam company that advertised on TicTok and didn’t delivery or provided scam item. TicTok needs to screen these companies.

ordered capris 8 for 24.00 on tick tock and never got them I am really disappointed that tick tock doesn't screen the companies that are advertising on their site

Terrible! Paid for capris from this site. Hasn’t came yet! Attempted to track and states they are in LA. Website is no longer. Unsure how to proceed with collecting my money or closing them down.

I received an email confirming my order with a warning not to open link as it appeared suspicious. I went to my orders on tic tok and no order noted. I purchased some capris from another vendor I really liked. I wasnt paying attention ti the name and saw 8 pair for 24.00. I just have known it was fake. I closed my credit card to prevent any further charges. I believe Rxyra is a fake. CAUTION!!!!!
