Amazing experience with the Ai I pass most of my exams wit it. The accuracy is insane and the new toll that summarise the audiobook save me time in class so I can focus in class and use the recording for notes.

I am leaving a one-star review because my experience with this online platform has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have paid for an expensive programme, yet for weeks I have had no proper access to the Turnitin AI detection feature — the main reason I subscribed in the first place.

Every day I log in hoping the issue will finally be resolved, but I keep receiving the same vague messages: “tomorrow”, “within 48 hours”, or shifting timelines that are never respected. On the platform itself, the stated turnaround time is 12 hours, yet the problem remains unresolved after weeks.

What makes this even more concerning is the lack of clear communication and the absence of a real solution from customer support. The chat provides generic responses rather than practical updates or accountability.

As a paying user who relies on this service daily, I expect transparency, realistic timelines, and functional tools — not continuous delays and uncertainty. Until the service I paid for is fully restored, I cannot recommend this platform.

The ai humanizer is really great and it made it sound a lot natural I can also edit it to the way I like

Turnitin AI reports failed

The Turnitin AI reports failed plethora of times. They charge 3.99$ for a service which 50% of the times never work. I have asked many times for refund, and they only provide me with new "free" report. Inconsistent service.

The user interface was great and extremly user-friendly. The tools that they offer are great and operational.
