The product is not robust enough

The product is not robust enough, after 3 months use, one side stopped working, I contacted the company for help and I was ignored so I gave up.

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with the headphones which I thought was terminal - the company got in touch and offered a number of options to rectify. I chose one and the issue has now been fully resolved.

I’ll be honest, I really liked the product anyway but the way I’m which the company got in touch to rectify was above and beyond what I would have expected therefore I am happy to give them full marks

Faulty products

Ordered head phones, they stopped working.
Ordered headphone replacements, and they stopped working.
Customer service sent out another pair and they stopped working.
Now I'm stuck with 3 headphones that don't work and I can't even be bothered getting my money back.
In my opinion this is the worst product I've ever seen, experienced.

Exceedingly mediocre

You get what you pay for. These pro sport ear phones were around 45 quid on offer (probably permanently). The sound can be okay, but I found it to be easily disrupted on light jogging. The controls are not great, too easy to turn off when adjusting the fit. The charger is also mediocre, very easy to be charging one (or neither) when inserting. Overall, I will not be sorry when they stop working or get lost, I will then get myself a decent pair.

Rubbish!

I suspect that the positive reviews on here are fake! I, like some of the other reviews have had nothing but problems. I am currently speaking to Citizens Advice/trading standards as if the product is faulty you are entitled to a full refund, which ‘Josh’ at costumer services seems to ignore even though I have pointed this out!

Yes the customer service is good but like many reviews here this is because something goes wrong with the headphones and they need replacing. I'm on my third set as they won't refund after 30 days of original purchase. They are comfortable and the sound good but the function buttons only randomly work and change what they do, sometimes vol up will skip fwd a song, other times it will skip back. The charging case sometimes stays on when closing the lid and runs the batteries down while not using. Overall I'd say don't buy these.

I purchased a pair of running…

I purchased a pair of running headphones and unfortunately one of the ear peices didn’t work. Without any fuss at all “josh” from customer services initially talked me through some possible solutions and when this failed, offered me a replacement,no quibbles. I would highly recommend this company as they clearly are genuinely passionate about customer aftercare.

Amazing wireless earphones (Highly Recommended)

I purchased these as a gift and I think “the girl did good”
From placing order to receipt was extremely fast. I cannot recommend these earphones enough, unlike other earphones these really do not move (or fall out) when doing vigorous exercising. The whole design has been very well thought out and I’ve been told are extremely comfortable with superb sound quality. Also the ability to stop the music / and accept a phone call by touching a button on the earpiece is a great feature
Apart from the exceptional quality and the “value for money” pricing of these, I have to also highly recommend the company and Jay in particular who went out of his way to help when I was having a “blonde moment” 😂
If I could give more than 5 stars I would
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…. 5⭐️+

My order arrived within a few days

My order arrived within a few days, everything as it should be. The instructions manual is precise and helped with setting up the headphones. The quality is top notch, plus I like the fact you can see the exact battery percentage of the charging case, so you know exactly when you need to charge the case itself. Excellent product.

Do not purchase these headphones

Do not purchase these headphones, great headphones but only when they work, I am now on my Third pair and the same fault has occurred, they were quick to send me a replacement pair as you got one replacement pair with the years warranty but the replacement pair now has the same fault after a month or 2 of using. The right earphone does not charge or even sync with my phone.
Very disappointed as when working a very comfortable earphone which is light and stays in your ears when running.

Perfect experience

Perfect experience. Very quick shipping and I really like the headphones. They are comfortable to wear and sound great.

The fit is perfect for running, the headphone stays securely placed inside the ear and the wind doesn't effect the placement of the headphones. Very good!

Just something to note, is that the headphones can get quite loud, but it's useful to have the in-built volume control on the headphones to change the volume directly.
