Very Poor

Reply to Ryefieldbooks.com

Evidence was sent to Trustpilot some months ago, when requested... and that is why the review remains on the site. Your reply is rude and combative and therefore serves as a warning to others.

Update: order finally received. In the interim no confirmation that the order was finally on its way.

This is not a “fake” review, Check the order number.. open your eyes.. and you will see it is associated.

Very Poor

This is a fake review which "Charlie" has created under our business name even before we opened an account with Trustpilot. Order #3690 is not associated with any "Charlie". Additionally, "Charlie" has not written to us nor provided any evidence that he has purchased any books from us. Trustpilot also failed to provide us any evidence of "Charlie" poor experience despite numerous requests.
