Horrible. Firstly, I wore one top and it broke in half whilst I was at the gym. They wouldn’t refund me or answer any of my messages.
Secondly, I ordered the wrong size for two t-shirts and a pair of shorts, so I posted them back and was waiting for my in store voucher and they decided to ghost me after telling me to pay for postage and they will send me my money after. I never received any of my money to re purchase another size in the store.
Absolutely horrible. I would never recommend ordering from Ryder wear. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.

99% of their recent reviews are negative and I see why. There was a top that I was really interested in since it looks pretty similar to a top from another brand that I’ve been looking everywhere for. Unfortunately, the other brand no longer sell the item. The top from the other brand is super soft and stretchy, and it fits perfectly but is coming apart. I thought I finally found “the one” with ryderwear because according to their website, the material of this item was the same, BUT IT’S NOT.
Also, I ordered 2 sizes because I tend to be in between M and L and was unsure which size would fit best. The M’s underbust elastic band folds constantly, and the top slides up every time I raise my arms. The L’s shoulders are too big and there’s too much room in the chest area but it fits nicely everywhere else. I was very disappointed by this. I even asked for a size recommendation prior to purchasing and was recommended a M, but neither the M or L fit and both fit oddly.
Anyway, I contacted customer service and expressed my concerns about the top’s quality and fit, and they pretty much told me to go F myself… Their customer service is terrible. There’s no way to get my money back due to their no refund policy and I definitely don’t want to buy anything else with store credit or exchange the items for something else.
Their items are cheaply made and are not worth the price they’re selling them for.
Please, look elsewhere or you’ll be disappointed…

A huge thank you to Ryderwear for teaching me the most expensive lesson of my gym life: nostalgia shopping is a trap. I remembered the good old days when your leggings were squat-proof, thick, and actually fit - so I foolishly dropped $400 on four pairs. And what did I get? Four see-through disappointments and a bonus public indecency charge.
One pair is basically decorative hosiery with a ryderwear label slapped on it, and the rest aren’t much better - not squat-proof, not even stand-proof. I could moon the entire weighs section without even bending over.
And the waistband? A masterclass in disappointment - rolls down instantly, as if my body simply existing is too much for it to cope with.
No movement required, no squats, no bending - just gravity and shame.
But wait - the cherry on top - no refunds. Just store credit so you can repeat the experience of being scammed. It’s almost impressive how you’ve weaponised poor quality and locked it behind a “no refunds” policy.
So thank you, Ryderwear, for turning a decade-long loyal customer into someone who’ll now tell everyone she knows to save their money and buy from literally anywhere else.

The issue with Ryderwear is still unresolved and their support team continues to ignore my attempts to contact them and also ignores the official complaint request. They show no interest in resolving the issue or care to their customers. Worst decision I've ever made is tur order anything from an online shop with questionable quality/sizing of products and so low customer service standards.
Edit: Ryderwear - what is the point of your reply? It is a copy paste reply on here, same as the previous one without any follow up or resolution of the matter.

I was not able to return a product that was supposed to be and adult small but would be luck to fit an 8yo girl. The reason given is that it was 'clearly marked at not returnable'. According to the ACCC, “Signs that say things like 'no refunds', 'no refunds on sale items', or 'exchange or credit note only for return of sale items' are illegal.”.
I have just read the Ryderwear response and it seems pretty standard - no real care for their clients. Read some of the reviews and responses before purchasing from this retailer.

As a first-time customer, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience shopping with Ryderwear.
Product Misrepresentation: The items I received bore no resemblance to the enhanced images on your website. The colours were completely off, and the visual presentation was misleading.
Sizing Issues: Although I followed your size guide, the items did not fit. Some were unwearable, and those that did fit were poorly cut and unflattering. Ill-fitting clothing should qualify for a refund, especially when sizing guidance has been followed.
Unethical Returns Policy: Charging for returns while only offering store credit is unacceptable—particularly when customers are misled by product imagery and sizing. This approach feels exploitative.
Customer Service: I reached out for support and received no meaningful assistance. Once the purchase is made, it seems there’s little interest in resolving issues.
Shipping Costs: Offering free shipping only after spending $120, while still requiring customers to pay for returns, is unreasonable. Other brands offer better quality, free returns, and actual refunds—often at a lower price point.
At $94 for a pair of leggings, I expected far better.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no intention of purchasing from Ryderwear again.

Brought a pair of leggings recently that claim to be high waisted . Good for walking but that’s about it . Not high waisted and ride down to reveal my bum crack at the gym just about . Constantly pulling them up . So disappointed because all my previous purchases have been amazing . Wasted of $85 .

so i recieved my order about a week later which is fine as i knew it was from australia. i try one of the items on and the fabric just feels cheap. it was too baggy for the legs but as soon
as
i pulled them up they dug straight up into my groin area which was very uncomfortable. they were not high waisted. so anyone over a size 10 would struggle wearing these. i then ask about returns and i am only offered store credit or exchange!!! which is just mental. i have spent £49 on a pair of leggings x2 to recieve cheap fabric. i am trying to find a pair like the gymshark lift seamless but just cannot! you guys could learn a lot from gymshark they will return your money if you’re unhappy but their items are just so much better quality wise and the fit and they cost the same! you should do better

EDIT: 788904 is the support request where the customer service response was generic and dismissive.
Sizes and website was misleading
I purchased M items and the leggings were so long and loose fitting for tights! When I went to return them, they were classified as "no returns". No where on the check out did it state the items were "no returns" (I recreated my order to double check I hadn't been mistaken). The check out advertised 30 day returns. I contacted customer support and they were incredibly unhelpful and dismissed me.
Very poor experience, obviously a deceptive, money-hungry company that doesn't care about its customers.
I won't buy from them again and I've convinced my friends not to buy from them again either out of principle. Gotta love the gals who stand for the same values - transparency!

I bought a pair of leggings that looked like a different color online compared to what I received. I also ordered three pairs in sizes that not fits me, but unfortunately, they have a no-return policy... How am I supposed to know my exact size without trying them on first? It's really disappointing—my previous order was fine, but this time was such a letdown. I won’t be buying from them again.

UK customers, DO NOT USE!
The website is a scam.
They won't give you a refund on your order, even though you are in the UK & by UK law they must provide that option within 14 days.
They will just take your money & run.
I would just buy from Gymshark, you know where you are with that company.
DO NOT TRUST Ryderwear!!!!
I promise you, it's not worth the hassle for UK people.
Edit: they have replied below with a 'customer servicey response' trust me, the customer service is awful, if they wanted to be helpful, they would've honoured the refund.
DO NOT USE IN THE UK, its a SCAM!

I’ve been a Ryderwear customer for 7+ years I have always bought their leggings/bras/jumpers as I felt they lasted well they were always my go-to. I used to buy from here as their products used to be crazy durable and very high quality for gym go-ers. I’ve still got stuff from many years ago that’s holding up well but I have no idea what they’ve done in the recent years but their quality has steadily declined.. especially the contour seamless collection.
The material is transparent, I got the colour ‘sky blue’ first of all the sports bra is shapeless and you can see the small round pads through it which looks ridiculous, secondly the leggings are so thin you can see your underwear through them when you’re standing up (not squatting etc). So just wearing the sports bra and leggings as is, the pad inserts are visible and your underwear is also. Not exactly gym friendly. Especially for the price you pay for a simple bra and leggings, it feels if you were to pull the leggings up too harshly your finger would to through them almost like thick pair of tights.
Highly disappointed from a quality and price point.
Bought 3 sets leggings one had the scrunch technology, they are not squat proof feels like the band is going to snap and it’s restrictive, tried them on for 30 sec each and I could feel the microplastic entering my skin. Over priced for what you get

would not recommend this gym to anyone.
I’ve experienced ongoing issues with hidden charges and a serious lack of transparency. Despite multiple attempts to clarify what I was being billed for, the responses I received were inconsistent and vague. Charges appeared even during suspension periods, and breakdowns never added up properly. It's frustrating to feel like you're being charged without clear justification or prior communication.
In addition, the cleanliness of the facilities leaves much to be desired. The toilets are frequently unclean and poorly maintained—definitely not what you expect from a professional gym environment.
There are plenty of other gyms that are more upfront with their policies and take hygiene seriously. This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated.

A company with the most stupid “guidelines”.
- you cannot opt to pick up or return your order at their warehouse or gyms in person. Even if you live 2 minutes away you’re forced to pay shipping. You can’t return online orders to their gyms either - online orders have to be returned online.
- they wont refund you the difference if you buy something full price only a day before a sale goes live. Most companies honour this and refund you. They dont announce sales in advance like they should either.
- they con you into thinking their sale is going to end by putting a countdown on their website, only to restart the countdown every 24 hours. Then dont announce when the sale will actually end.
It’s so disappointing that a South Australian company is so money hungry and unwilling to show their customers flexibility

They lied about fabric description, to bait customers in buying & lied of where the warehouse is based. The stitching was not even straight & they keep emailing me & avoiding to answer my questions, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, don’t buy from Ryderwear they are not honest at all

Ryderwear used to be a brilliant company—comfortable, durable, flattering fits. Sadly, the quality has dropped: materials are thinner, bands and seams sit awkwardly, and the sizing is off. What’s worse, they no longer offer refunds—only store credit. I like to do big orders to find what works, but this time nothing fit and I’ve been left out of pocket. It feels like a company that once cared has now prioritised profit over customers. A real shame.

Bought the Force Tank (Indigo) May 2025. Thin material and not made to last. It ripped the second time wearing casually underneath the armpit. I did a review on their website with pictures and I got no response. Also, my review did not get posted on the Ryderwear website.
