Rayders toys 

Jeep was not working properly since I unboxed it. Tried sending me parts to repair it with no luck. Now I’m out about $800 and it doesn’t work so my kids didn’t get to enjoy it at all. Save your money and sanity. Way overpriced junk

Still waiting on missing parts. It's been 3 months and can't use the toy with my kids.

Unfortunately the outer package arrived absolutely mangled and the item had a crack in the body of the vehicle. We reached out via email and they were able to send us a replacement car about a day later. Was very upset that the original item arrived damaged but was pleasantly surprised by the prompt resolution.

Got this cart for my daughter's 6th birthday, and my daughter loves it! Great quality, easier to assemble than I thought!
My daughter has so much fun drifting in this.

Fast shipping and quality was better I was expecting, my kids are pretty tough on their toys and this hasn’t had any issues.

The car is awesome. The only problem is we cannot get the chip into the stereo.

I encountered a little issue with the motor of my Buggy but when I reached out to their customer support, the process to get a replacement was easy and instructions were shared with me for the installation. I was initially told to wait but received the needed part earlier than expected. By far, one of the most satisfactory services I've dealt with. 10/10 recommended!

I had an initial issue with my delivery as I was missing a small part. Ryder was quick to remedy the issue as soon as I reported it. However, once I received the missing part and assembled the car. I found the steering column was too short to hook up. It took over a month to receive an answer and eventually was told twice that I would receive a new column by two different reps. Needless to say, the part never came. It has been months. I am going to have to get something modified or welded to the shaft.

My kids absolutely love their new toys, and I appreciate the durability and safety features. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was prompt. Overall, a fantastic experience with Rydertoys, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch, imaginative toys for their little ones!

A nice pice over all, but the metal frame on the Monster Jeep 24v have poor welds. My 2 year old daughter ended up popping one of the rivets on the frame. RYDER replaced it under warranty but the day I replaced the the part a weld broke on the new part only 15 minutes into her paying. I contacted RYDER and they informed me that my warranty was up and they do not cover parts. IF YOU HAVE TO REPLACE PARTS THEY ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY. I would have to buy the part and hope RYDER got it right the 3rd time. Instead of taking that risk in throwing away my money. Since the frame was metal. I was able repair it myself.

We ordered 3 GoKarts from Ryder and we received 2 in a timely manner. The 3rd one did not show up even though they said it was delivered. They had charged our credit card for 3. It took awhile to get back to us to find out the 3rd color we ordered was not in stock. They said we could get a different color instead.
It finally arrived. We put it together according to the video but the one wheel was a bit of a challenge but we got it in.
Our grandkids had fun on them…they only rode them maybe 6 times when we started having issues with the accelerator pedal sticking to ion which is very dangerous because the only way they stop is by lifting your foot. I sent an email to support and they said to take a video of it doing what we described. I did and never heard back. My son ended up taking the pedal apart and found that there was a piece of the plastic that had bent down to cause it to stick. He was able to scrape it with a knife to get rid of the bend plastic and it started to work but I never heard back from support. Around the same time, the GoCart that had we had received late, started to make a clicking noise around the left rear tire. We realized that the plastic in the rear differential had broken. I emailed a picture to support to find out what we could do to fix it and it is now 2 weeks with no response. Very disappointed with Ryder for not backing up their products. Our grandkids have enjoyed them the little bit that they have ridden them and they have had adult supervision while on them so they have been used properly.

The instructions were wrong when it came to the motored wheels. You guys should really try to put it together yourself and see the struggle. Also it wasn't easy to connect the wires to the wheels. I had to drill a hole in the plastic.

The truck I ordered came with broken steering arms (plastic) right out of the box. It took over a month to get a replacement. Now, the truck runs but when you lift your foot off the gas, the truck brakes violently, which gives my kids whiplash. Furthermore, the remote provided has poor reliability so it will drop signal even from a few feet away and the truck will brake hard even though I’m holding the gas button consistently.

We called customer support because we had a question about the color of a jeep we ordered being different than the color swatch. Rein took our call and checked, then double checked by watching a clip from the video on how to put the jeep together, to make sure we were satisfied with our order. She also helped us with getting a custom license plate for the jeep. We could not be happier about the service received today!

Cute dune buggy, but had to pay a fee for careful shipping and the box came completely broken apart. Instructions were for a different vehicle. Super cute, but the battery only lasts maybe 20 minutes which is absolute disappointment. I reached out to support, but they sent me a list of things I need to test (not like I have a voltmeter sitting around to test this out). Very sad with this experience.

I love the truck wish it had Bluetooth. But came with scratches on the hood and I can't seem to get any real help replacing it.

I paid months ago and my items never shipped. Place is a bunch of crooks. Also received a damaged toy and never received the replacement parts that I was promised.

Shipped quickly. All parts were included. Assembly required as advertised, but it was not too bad.

Prod good for 6 mos. Then stopped working. I asked for help and received videos how to check. Nothing has worked and I need help. So far, not pleased.
