Geraldine Marsden dealt with post sale to completion and provided a very good service, as did all who dealt with matters when she was on holiday. Excellent independent estate agent - highly recommend.

Although the process itself took longer than anticipated selling our house went as smoothly as possible, ably aided by Jessica & Geraldine from Ryder & Dutton, it was Geraldine who did finally tell us the contracts had been exchanged & completion had been achieved so overall very happy with the help & assistance given by these two members of the Ryder & Dutton team.
