Fraudulent use of credit card by staff

Fraudulent use of credit card by staff. Missed a flight home with Ryan air, ended up buying a total of 3 flights to get home the same day with them. When we arrived at the gate we were told our bags were slightly larger than what was needed (I've never had this issue on a Ryan air flight before). They told us they were going to charge us for this and took my credit card. In the mean time they were allowing other passengers onto the flight with bags larger than ours. I mentioned this, and was also told there was an error on the system and they could not take payment. As a gesture of good will we were told we would NOT be charged and we were allowed to board the flight. I've now found out this is not the case and the lady who had my card details kept them to charge me when I wasn't there. Fraud.

Their app didn't contain my flight.

Their app didn't contain my flight.
Had to pay a check-in fee for 220EUR for my family.
Then the flight was delayed with 2h 20 mins without any compensation or even drinks.
But I guess I knew this. If you travel castle-clads, this is what you can expect.

Problem with self- check in

Hello. I am upset with ryanairs way of handling a problem of mine. I tried to self-check in LONG time before 2h which was the limit of selfcheckin. It was problems with the app, we tried on different phones, computers. Anyhow, outside the AirPort the time limit passed. It was now two hours exactly before the flight was leaving. We asked if Ryanair could help us and they said we needed ”prof” that we tried before which is undersatandable. Problem is we hadn’t. So we needed to pay 60€ beyond the price we already paid. We even tried to contact Ryanair but pricesly when we got in contact our ta i came and we needed to shut it down. Very unfornutate since we Are Young and broke people choosing Ryanair with the hope of travelling cheap. I explained my issue for two people they listened to me but still didnt help me. I am not choosing Ryanair again since they handled this problem bad and I wasted more money than counted. They accused me of lying and everything was just a vad experience.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed! Was supposed to get a refund for a cancelled flight due to Covid19. Applied and was supposed to have the money back within 1-2 months. 3 months later nothing and now there is no history of my bookings or any reservation number to be retrieved, therefore unable to get in contact with the company. Lost 130 Euro and so pissed off.

Watch out!! The biggest scam ever!

Their on-line system check-in is rigged – it will give you an error while checking in preventing you to check-in online. Ryanair support is off-course not reachable; the on-line chat is constantly throwing you out. We tried for 2days to reach them without success. In our case the system did not approve our online check-in as one of our children's birthdate was shown to be incorrect even though it was repeatably filled in correctly. The system continued to report the same error which prevented us from checking in online. We tried for 2 days to reach their support via online chat and phone. They say: Please stay connected. You are in a queue for the next available Customer Care agent. Nobody answers for 2 days.
Even though we arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure they refused to help us.
The worst of all - everybody at the airport knew what was going on – they were into it!!! When we started to complain, one of the personnel run and brought the cops with her. Oh my god!! “Is there a problem?” he said. “Yeah man, they are ripping us off! That’s the problem and you are helping them out!”
It all ended up with they threating us not to get on the plain and charging us 605 SEK / person (4 persons = 2420 SEK in total).
Totally unacceptable and unbelievable.

Don't. Just don't.

Don't. Just don't. I had a delayed first flight (was notified when I had already arrived to the airport) meaning I would miss my connecting flight. Both with Ryanair. They refused to help or repay anything, after multiple phone calls. This was not even during Covid-19.

Extremely unserious airline

Can not give even 1 to this extremely obscene airline that treats people in a very unfair manner. Even with medical certificates, Ryanair is not willing to make a refund !! Terrible and very insecure company. For me and my family, it was the first and last time to choose this ridiculous airline. Paying more to be treated civilized and as a human being.

Left it to the last minute to tell me my flight was cancelled

First time flying with Ryanair and they've completely ruined it. I booked a short trip to Barcelona to watch my nephew play football. The trip was for 5 days from 31st March, everything was booked flights, hotel, carpark and transfers. I was about to get euros and Ryanair text me on 30th March at 14:00pm to tell me my flight was cancelled. I phoned Ryanair it took about 25minutes to get through. Ryanair told me it was due to the French strikes and they could offer me a refund for my flight or another flight. I asked for another flight and they said the only one available was on Tuesday 5th of April. That was the day I was flying home! Ryanair left me with no option but to cancel my flight. I looked for other flight but the prices were through the roof, I had to abandon my trip. I tried to claim Ryanair for everthing I lost and they said they can't offer me compensation because it was a strike and all they had to do was offer me cancellation or another flight. Offering a flight on the day I travel home is no option. Im left out of pocket and I missed my nephew play football. I'm not angry at the strike I'm angry at Ryanair texting me 13 hours before I was due to fly and giving me no option. Ryanair could have told me well in advance as they knew the strike was happening. Ryanair don't care who they affect or how much damage it costs, they made that clear when I phoned they were very rude. Any trip I go in the future and I advise anybody else who can't afford just to abandon a holiday DO NOT FLY WITH RYANAIR
