Great company!!

From ordering to receiving my meds, everything went so smooth. I just received my 2nd 3-month supply and they contacted me to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I received my meds 2 days later. Great company!!

Tyler Stevens was helpful and wonderful during the process of getting me set up for tirzepatide. I highly recommend Tyler if you want a salesperson who is genuine and invested. He was very helpful and fully transparent.

Rip off since April 11.

I have been waiting since April 20 to settle this issue, today is May 4. On April 11 I received a warm product, when I called they said to throw it away and they would replace it. After multiple calls still nothing,just the same run around " we will expedite it and get back in 24 to 48 hours", DO NOT buy from RXPROS!!!

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and delay you’ve experienced. If you were instructed to discard a shipment because it arrived warm, then the replacement process should have been handled much more quickly and clearly than what you described.

We completely understand why hearing repeated promises of “24 to 48 hours” without a resolution would be upsetting, especially after waiting since April 20. That is not the level of service we aim to provide.

At this time, we are unable to locate your account using the Trustpilot username alone. We have requested your identifying information directly from Trustpilot so we can match this review to your account, review the replacement request history, and follow up with you directly regarding the status of the replacement or resolution.

Do not use this company is a scam

Do not use this company is a scam. They delivered my three months worth of prescription to a completely wrong address, which is verified and want to charge me a re-shipping fee for a product I never even received and again it is documented that it is not at the correct address they provide no support.

We absolutely deny that RxPros is a scam. We are a legitimate U.S.-based telehealth provider and take delivery concerns very seriously.

If a package is marked delivered to an incorrect address, we immediately review the tracking details, the address submitted at checkout, and the carrier’s delivery confirmation. In many cases, carriers mis-scan, misdeliver, or GPS-mark packages incorrectly, which requires a formal carrier investigation before any replacement can be issued.

We never want a patient to be without medication, but once a prescription has been compounded and shipped, we must follow carrier claim procedures. If a package is confirmed misdelivered by the carrier, we work toward resolution.

Please fill out the information request form on Trustpilot so we can securely access your account and review the shipment details directly. We are committed to resolving legitimate delivery issues.

Worthless customer service

Worthless customer service.

1) The chatbot doesn’t know what it is doing. As with many AI inquires, it tells you one thing which turns out to be incorrect. When you call it on it, it tells you another thing that is incorrect. Everyone it acts like it is the authority on the subject.

2) You cannot speak to anyone. You call and get an annoying AI who will not connect you with a human being, no matter what you do or say.

3) Eventually, they may have a human write you back through the app and give a call, but don’t miss the call because you cannot call back and get that person- just the AI. When you respond to the message in the dashboard (supposedly human), they don’t response back- so no way of knowing if they got your message and/oe if your issue is being resolved. So far, this company is just as bad as the rest of these pop-up, profit-only, garbage GLP companies.

Great success!

I have had wonderful success with weight loss. Although my weight loss has been fantastic, I am one of the few that struggles with nausea and vomiting. I understood and accepted the possibility of this side effect but at times it is overwhelming. I am very great full for the nausea medication.
