Charged credit card but no meds sent

Website is one page only, with a phone number listed. It has a field for you to give them your name, phone number and email address. There is no information about the company location or owners. That is a huge red flag. This company leads people to believe they can get lower prices on prescription meds. A family member, who was desperate for help, went to their website. After months of submitting the requested information in order to get needed prescription, this company charged credit card, and continues to request information to be submitted. They say never get the information target is emailed. Do not trust these websites that say they can help you lower your medicine prices. Use caution and do your research.
