Misleading - make sure you take photos of your contract

Do not deal with Robin or Michael from this real estate firm. Avoid them at all costs. My personal experience with dealing with Robin was terrible, he is sneaky, he mislead me, he promised un-realistic goals and he went back on promises he made our family. Michael is his manager and was not helpful with the dispute we brought up, although he did act like he cared, his actions did not. Please be careful signing ANY contracts with him, take PHOTOS of everything you sign with Robin and ensure whatever he says you put into writing on the contract if you do decide to go with him.
