A well thought out approach to help me present myself better.

Spending time with Rob completing his Jobquest series of courses has given me increased confidence and structure to my job search.

I am more confident that ever that I will soon be securing a new and exciting role and would highly recomment that you reach out to Rob if you're also hunting for your next role.

A while back, I felt stuck. I knew I wanted to make a change and knew what that change needed to be - not just a new job, but a completely new industry. I didn’t know where to start though, and honestly, it felt like a leap I wasn’t sure I could take.

That’s when I reached out to Rob Walker at 𝗥𝗪𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Rob isn’t just great at listening - he really understands how to break down what can feel like an overwhelming process into something achievable. With his experience and insight, he helped me figure out what I wanted, what was holding me back, and how to move forward.

What really stood out was how much he gets the challenges of a career change. It wasn’t just about polishing my CV or interviewing better (although he’s brilliant at that too!). It was about helping me shift my mindset and approach the process with a clear plan.

Now, I’m doing work I genuinely enjoy in an industry I love. Looking back, its clear that Rob's guidance and expertise played a massive part in this.

I worked with Rob when I wanted to set up my own business. I had been employed 20 plus years and I knew I wanted to work for myself but the business side of things were daunting for me. Through regular sessions Rob helped me develop a plan for setting the business up with marketing and generating more business. Rob kept me accountable and enabled me to think and talk through challenges but also came up with suggestions I hadn't previously thought of. Now my business is all set up and growing. I still continue to see Rob every 3 weeks to check in both around business and also my personal life as well. I'd highly recommend working with Rob. Working with Rob has really helped me improve my approach to work and has actually helped me elevate my career, as well as improve my work / life balance. Which is really important for me. I've become a dad in the last few years, I've found this to be a huge challenge due to the nature of my job. Since working with Rob it’s really opened my eyes to how small changes can make big differences. The sessions we’ve had have been really relaxed and he made me feel really comfortable talking about things in my life I can improve on, but also focussed on the positives. A big thing for me was improving my communication and breaking down large (sometimes overwhelming) tasks into manageable ones. I contacted Rob after struggling with my work life balance whilst running my business. As things grew I found it difficult to keep on top of everything, and often found running a business to be quite lonely.

Rob provided me the perfect sounding board to reflect my thoughts off of, and he helped guide me into the direction I wanted to be moving. Rob held me accountable for my own goals, and always provided me insights on how I was doing and what areas I needed to improve on.
