First and last time using these donkeys.
(1)They take photos of the items to hide any damage.
(2) they manipulate the photos to make it appear there is more than one item available.
(3) I have used numerous auctions over the years and if the items are faulty this is mentioned in the description but nope.
(4) wouldn't take the items back but more than happy to put them back up for sale. Yeah I bet you are for the commissions lol.

Having dealt with RWB Auctions and having found them very professional, friendly, knowledgable and easy to deal with, when being asked to consigne a 43 year collection of Militaria for sale then I had no hesitation in calling on RWB. We are now looking forward to the 'Kevin Taylor Collection' penciled in for 27th May. Thank you guys for your hard work (over 2 days) clearing the collection. Anyone interested in any militaria should make a note of the date!

From my first phone call to get a valuation right through to receiving the funds from the auction I found RWB to be very polite and professional in their approach. I would certainly recommend contacting them and I will use them again when I have more things to sell.

I needed to sell 4 motorbikes. From the start, sending photos, accepting the valuation, collecting the bikes and putting them up for auction, to the end when all items were sold I have nothing but praise for the excellent service they offer. They have simplified the auction process so you know exactly what your costs will be.

Wonderful experience. I arrived with bags of "things" that I did not know whether they were valuable, real gold or worth selling. Gordon was so helpful, didn't make me feel ignorant and advised me what to do do with all the items. Advised what to "melt" what to auction. Really enjoyed my visit to the office and Kelly made me very welcome. Great, honest prices as well.

I’ve used RWB Auctions a few times now with mixed results. However, I’ve always felt that the different auctioneers are respectful of me and the items I’ve wanted to sell and they’ve been helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service again.

A really positive 1st experience of selling at auction from valuation to pre and post sales. The Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout. A special mention for the staff whose role it is to communicate with sellers, they were excellent. I enjoyed watching the auction on line, I found it fascinating and have watched another RWB auction since, which has given me some great tips for the future.
