False advertising

We ordered a package to be shipped overnight. It was early afternoon on a Monday and the switch was needed the next day to avoid cancelling a paid for trip. We coughed up the $100+ to have it overnighted. It arrived on Thursday afternoon at 3 PM, long after the trip was cancelled. It was not processed until Tuesday and for some reason "shipped to UPS" on that day. UPS did overnight it Wednesday to arrive Thursday. rvPlus accepts no responsibility for advertising overnight shipping and delaying the arrival for 3 days.
