Crusty Vermin!
Rusty Firmin is ex- SAS and was involved in the Iranian Embassy Siege resolution (Operation Nimrod). He has an online shop selling paperbacks and prints at inflated prices, because he signs or writes a dedication. If you are looking for a present for someone who has an interest in the SAS it would appear to be a great place to buy a gift.
Unfortunately, if you receive damaged goods and report this back- to request a replacement or refund (as is your consumer right)- you will receive rude, aggressive and abrupt communication back. Despite photographing the damage and wording a very polite email this was my experience.
I was asked to return my £17.50 paperback. I did so immediately, paying postage and have never received a refund or replacement just rude messages telling me that I was the only one out of hundreds who'd had a problem. Don't risk buying from here. Books available cheaper on A**zon- less fuss better customer service!
