I had the most amazing and professional expierence with Russellworth from.the very start of my case right through to the end and I can't thank them enough. I have never been through one of these cases and I was very anxious and unsure how it would all work. I was guided and informed throughout the entire process of my personal injury claim. I cant begin to explain and praise enough Jen and her team in how brilliant they been. I wanted to make the Defendant accountable for what they caused me and I feel justice has been more than served. I was able to get medical help through the case too which I needed and my health has improved drastically as a result of the excellent care I have recieved as a result of this case too. The other side admitted liability and I won the case to a more than satisfactory result. There were times where I was not sure how to answer questions and alike as it was all new to me and I was able to get help and guidance through everything which was amazing. When I first started my claim it was through a local solicitor who closed after taking on my case, I was then handed over to Russell Worth Solicitors.
Jen took on my case, and what a difference I felt right away. She kept me up to date with everything. Putting me at ease and reassuring me when I needed it. I’m not used to dealing with solicitors and found it scary at first.
