Dealt with lots of conveyancing solicitors over the years but found these guys to be proactive, knowledgable and helpful. Easy to contact, thorough and provide easy to follow information regarding what you are required to do to assist with a speedy completion.

Natasha and Emily handled my house purchase with professionalism and efficiency. They kept me informed throughout, were quick to respond, and made the process smooth and stress-free.I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, and how proactive they were in keeping things moving. R&R provided an excellent service throughout my dealings with them. Very thorough, helpful and adaptable. We had difficulty with Land registry in the way in which they had computerised their records (errors were made), but R&R dealt with these in their stride. Particular thanks to Blessing Alionye who picked up our case after several others, who had left the business, during the time it took to sell the house, not least because of the delays with Land registry - Many thanks.

Russell and Russell were without a doubt the worse solicitors I've used to re-mortgage, their communication was non existent and the mortgage was dragged out so long we had to request the lender to extend the offer despite me emailing the solicitors several times asking what else they needed.
They left everything to the last second.

Never again. I had a very challenging experience with Russell &Russell for over a year. Multiple phone calls, voice mails, emailing and no reply for weeks. On many occasions the only way to get a response was to go in-store untill someone would talk to me. Our estate agents also struggled to get any updates and eventually it was done "as a courtesy". There was never even push or urgency to move things along and overall I had an awful experience. I can't see myself paying for your service again or recommending you to anyone. I'm sure this also stands true for my estate agents and the sellers estate agents.

Absolutely terrible solicitors, I received a letter from Miss Rance asking if I could confirm that I was a relative of the late Mr Barfield which I quickly confirmed, after learning that they had a family tree of my family I asked if they could email a copy, after several emails, telephone calls and months later ,I was informed that a son had now been found and that I would no longer be eligible to inherit I asked again if they could possibly send me a copy via email, this morning I have finally received a reply to my request asking for £50 to do this.
