I have paid for expedited passport services, however Rush My Passport has asked that I call them to continue the process. They provided two different 800 numbers, neither of which has a real person to talk with - other than an AI person. I have left my name, order number, and phone number twice on their voicemail and have gotten no return phone calls over multiple days and attempts. I have repeatedly tried to reach a live person at one of the 800 numbers they provided, but I can only ever reach an AI voice. When I ask the AI voice to connect to a live human, it tells me to hang on and then transfers me once again to their voicemail, for which no one at the company ever returns the call.

I requested a refund of $750 on 3/2/26 and I still don’t have my money. Everytime I call I get the same answer and run-around. The business department is still working on my claim. I never waited this long for a refund from any company. EVER. As far as passport renewal. I’m not even going to comment on that part.

Partnered with FedEx.. paperwork 7 days late arriving with 2 day shipping .. can't get an answer from anybody as to when it will be delivered. Use US postal service instead.. my ladies arrived already and was $170 cheaper

Kevin R. Understood my problem and was extremely helpful. He is an excellent communicator. He sent me the refund request form, as promised, and hopefully my issue will be resolved. It was not within his ability to fully take care of the situation and misinformation that I was provided from another person in customer care. He deserves a promotion and raise! :)

Complete and total rip off. Incredibly expensive and they have ZERO relationship with the state department. They can’t do anything you can’t do on your own. I repeat, YOU CAN GET A RUSH ON YOUR PASSPORT EASILY ON YOUR OWN FOR MUCH MUCH
LESS MONEY. Oh, and try getting someone from Rush My Passport on the phone? You’ll have to jump through hoops of fire, and then you’ll get sent to some other country with someone with a heavy accent reading off a script who has absolutely no clue and can’t do a thing for you. Meanwhile, if you call the state department, somebody picks up right away and can immediately look up your passport application and solve any problems instantly. I can’t believe I trusted AAA for this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You might as well just walk into the bathroom and flush it down the toilet.

I paid over $500 to priority rush my passport for a last minute trip. Initially, I had a horrible experience with one of their representatives, and was told I would not receive my passport in time for my trip because of some miscommunication with the status of my application, nor would I be given a refund. Kristy stepped in, calmed my nerves, and went above and beyond to handle the details, and expedite to get it to me just in time! Thank you so much, Kristy!

Process was not easy friendly. Passport did not arrive in a timely manner and sent via USPS vs. FedEx. Gave us more work to locate the new passport vs. making this process easy for us.

Paid for a 1 day passport, over $700.00. I could not get in to get an authorization letter from any of the recommended vendors. I called to get help with this issue, they called back 12 hrs later. That wasn't bad, but I had missed the call and called the number left by the rep, 30-45 min later, did not get a call back for 2 days. Was not able to get my passport in one day as advertised and had to cancel trip. At no point was I able to reach a human at the number given for this issue. I wasn't upset that the passport didn't work out. What I am upset about is not getting a refund due to the COMPLETE failure on their part, NOT MINE. I had all documents, up to authorization letter, done. There is no customer support here. You pay for a PREMIUM service you would expect them to at least act like they care about the customer. I've applied for the refund and can not get get ANY correspondence back thru e-mail or phone call. I thought a company tied in with Fed-Ex would be reputable, guess I got a $700.00 lesson. Thats why I hope whomever reads this changes their mind and does not use this service

From start to finish, the process was easy and clear. I appreciated getting feedback along the way where the applICATION PROCESS was at. UPDATE 3/28/26: I actually received my passport in 19 days versus the 3 week priority I paid for, even better!
