I was hella skeptical at first but I swear by them. They helped me and I made it in time for my friends wedding. It's all legal and legit. I am not a paid actor. Just want to help peeps out who went through something similar.

Lasia and Ana were tremendous help in this process and made it super quick and easy. Lasia walked me through every single thing I need to do and reviewed all my documentation. Even the Post Office was giving me pushback on one or two things but I stuck with Lasia's instructions and I shipped my passport on a Tuesday. The following Tuesday I got an email saying my passport docs were approved and my passport is shipped. All in all it took under 10 total days from the day I shipped my documents to receive my new passport. Great company I highly recommend!

I had to organise an emergency Passport for my Granddaughter who is American as the family were cming to vist me in Australia. They were very helpful through the whole process and it arrived the day before departure.

The website was easy to use and we didn't have any issues uploading our documents. She reviewed the documents and provided feedback immediately. The cost of the service was expensive, but I am glad I paid for it. It was worth it for the speedy service we received.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I am currently filing a small claims action against this service. Not only will they not honor their guaranteed timeframes, but neither will FedEx. They will blame each other and deny liability and keep your money. I had to incur the cost of changing a flight three times based on these empty guarantees.

It was the best service ever, I got my passport few days before the promise day, I will contract them anytime.

I was robed I pay 260 dollars and I don’t relived anything every email you send I couldn’t even open I need my money back

Please beware that you will still have to do all the same paperwork, get the photos taken yourself and pay all the government fees on top of the rate they give you. Then if you decide to just go to the clerk of court to get an expedited passport(way cheaper), you must cancel in 24 hrs. If you do, you won’t see a return in 5-7 days like they say. You will have to call and email many times and still not receive a call back or email back. So frustrated and annoyed. Save yourself the time.

We paid $1552 to have 3 child passports for the fastest 2-4 day processing. We got all the documents and shipped them out asap so the agent told us we can expect the passports Oct. 16. We mailed it overnight via FedEx and the flight got delayed due to mechanical issues. Not the company's fault, but it delayed the passports until the 18th according to Rushed Passport. We agreed, and they said we would receive a refund for that shipping cost since it was guaranteed by FedEx. We did everything we could to follow up once the documents arrived. The courier company used their corporate address on the passport applications, so we had a hard time with the State Department follow up until we finally figured out which address they used because it was needed for verification. We received confirmation that the passports were available to be picked up on the 16th, but the company claimed that it was ready past their scheduled "will-call" time (we have proof this was false). So they could not pick up and ship out until the 17th. We received a single tracking for the three passports. No picture of proof of what was shipped or that they even possessed all three passports. We received a single small envelope containing only 1 passport and supporting documents. When we asked them where the other two were, they had no answer. They only said their courier shipped all three together with no other proof beyond his word. They only offered to file a reissuance form to the state department, which we ended up doing ourselves, directly. We asked for a full refund since we did not receive two out of three and are now missing vital documents for two of our children, putting them at extreme risk for identity theft. They refused, saying they did their part. They kept claiming that they used up their paid appointments with the State Department, but on the State Department website, under the heading "Couriers and Third Party Services," it specifically says, "We do not charge fees for appointments and if you are asked to pay, consider such charges to be fraudulent." We took this up to the company through the BBB and they failed to resolve, so the complaint is now permanently on their BBB site. We have received very poor customer service from this company. We paid for 3 passports and only got 1. They will not refund us or even try to open an investigation to FedEx who supposedly lost/stole the other 2 passports and documents. We have not even received the shipping refund they promised. This whole ordeal cost us thousands in fees for the rushed passports plus the canceled airline/trip fees, not to mention the once in a lifetime opportunity we missed. Do not waste your money on this.

Update: We filed a reiussance with the State Department as this company told us to do and were denied because the passports were picked up and not shipped directly from the State Department. We now have to reapply and pay all of the processing fees again for two of our children. This company will no longer respond to our emails and still has not refunded so much as the shipping fee they have promised. A complete nightmare and the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.

I paid for the fastest expedited service because I needed my passport in less than 14 days. The concierge who was helping me told me to book my flight for November 11th, she caused a delay by telling me there were mistakes that weren't actually there (she said it needed to be blue pen, which it was). So between having me book my flight for the 1th and then the delay in shipping caused by the mistaken error this has cost me an additional $600 USD, plus the cost of $799 for expedited service which should have been 2-4 business days (which is currently 5 days, 6-7 before I finally get it) this trip has been delayed and cost me an extra $1000. White glove service my ass.

I am so happy and grateful for the service provided! It was fast. After submitting all the documents on a Monday evening, I received my passport on Thursday morning. Faster than I expected. It is not a cheap process but they resolved me. In addition they will answer my calls quickly and guided me through the process and answered my questions and concerns professionally and respectfully.

Adria was wonderful and very responsive . With her assistance I was able to get my passport just in time to attend my mother's funeral. I am really grateful.
