I will be disputing the charge. Turns out that Rush49 will not communicate with the vendors and don't send them the money collected. I had to pay again and was provided documentation to support disputing the charge with my bank.

The venue did not accept the tickets purchased with Rush49.
Update: Rush49 has refunded us the money. Leaving one star off for the inconvenience we have experienced at the venue.
