If I could put 0 stars I would

If I could put 0 stars I would. We have had these folks for several years. When it works it is wonderful, but at least once a year we are without internet service for a month at a time. I cannot reach a help line or a tech line. They take my payment out ($140) on the same day every month regardless if the service is working. I have sent multiple emails and put in several work tickets over the last 3 weeks with no response. Buyer beware. Not attentive to customers, no one answering the phone. NOT ACCEPTABLE for the amount of money we pay each month.

Rural 4G internet is really good

Rural 4G internet is really good. It is not the same as fiber or cable, but it is really good. If you live in a rural or remote area and have reliable cell service, this is a much better option than satellite (i.e., Hughesnet) service. The cost is about the same as satellite internet service (which is a bit pricey), but where it differs is Rural4G is generally reliable and fast enough to stream with (satellite never was for us). The only glitch I seem to have w/Rural4G is they often send new SIMs chips and it seems I have to get on w/tech support to get the new SIM chip working correctly. After that, I am good to go until the next SIM chip.

If I could give 0 stars I would

I'm rural, so have no good option for internet.
Rural 4G came along, seemed to work well at first so I canceled my satellite provider. And then ... it didn't work at all. No one answering the phone (not even the sales option). Got a new Sim card in the mail with instructions to watch a You Tube video on what to do. Not sure how THAT was supposed to happen without internet. After leaving numerous messages on both the Tech Help line and Sales line, finally restored my previous service.

Actually, I think this is a sham company. I canceled my credit card, my card company put in a case to challenge the initial charge (so money-wise it cost me nothing). Also put in a case with BBB.
