Scam!!! Fraud!!!! DO NOT USE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & YOU'LL NEVER GET IT THANK. THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT BUT THEY NEVER ACCEPT THE DOCUMENTS YOU SEND WHEN IT'S THE RIGHT ONES. I'M SO DONE WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM!!!!

I topped up my wallet , To top up the card. Translated usdt, but they are disappear. I asked support, sent them txid, nobody answered. Already 5 days. Seems like this service is scammed and doesn't exist anymore.

This is just a scam! I don’t recommend it to anyone! Scammers! I topped up my balance with $10, only to find out that card issuance is paid, and I didn’t like that. I wanted to withdraw the money back to my bank card, but withdrawals are only possible from $200, and this is not mentioned anywhere!!! I made a transfer to a USDT crypto wallet, but it still hasn’t arrived! It’s been over four days already!!! The support team first replied with something like, 'Transfers are processed manually, please wait,' but then they just stopped responding!!! If you don’t want to lose your money, stay away from this service!!!!!!

🔻 I decided to leave a review about CosmoPay — maybe it'll save someone their money, nerves, and time.

When I bought their card, my goal was simple: to pay for a ChatGPT subscription without any hassle. Before purchasing, I asked support if it would work — they said "Yes, it works". I believed them, paid, and then the real mess began.

Everything below is my personal experience. No exaggeration. Just facts, in order. If you're thinking about using this service — read this first.

💥 My experience with CosmoPay — lost money, false promises, and no benefit

1. On March 24, 2025, I bought a CosmoPay card for $40.
— I asked support beforehand: "Can I use this card to pay for ChatGPT via Stripe?"
— They answered: "Yes, you can".
— I entered everything as instructed (name, Hong Kong address, etc.).
— The payment FAILED. ChatGPT did not accept the card.

2. After contacting support again, they told me:
"Unfortunately, Stripe does not accept cards issued by us."
— So first they confirmed it works — then backed off.
— No refunds for the card purchase. That’s their “policy”.

3. I asked them to block the card and return the remaining balance to my Cosmo account.
— They agreed to return only the remaining funds (not the $40 for the card).
— Balance was returned — okay, at least something.

4. On April 1, 2025, I tried to withdraw the remaining $10.18 in USDT (via TRON/TRC20).
— CosmoPay showed: "To be paid: 6.183 USD"
— No TXID was provided.
— The transaction never appeared on the blockchain.
— Nothing arrived to my exchange wallet.
— Funds were deducted — but nothing was delivered.

5. I contacted support again:
— Reply: "Request is being processed. Please wait."
— Several days passed. Still no result.

📌 FINAL THOUGHTS:
— Bought a card for $40 that doesn't work.
— Support confirmed Stripe compatibility — that was false.
— No refund for the card.
— Tried to withdraw — money disappeared, no TXID, no crypto received.
— Slow, vague support with no resolution.

⚠️ CosmoPay is not a payment solution — it’s a misleading service where:
— You get false promises,
— You lose money,
— And your problems stay unresolved.

❗️I personally lost money. I do NOT recommend CosmoPay to anyone.

Scammers. Support doesn't respond.

I bought a card for $20 and put another $30 on it. The card is NOT accepted ANYWHERE. Everywhere there is a refusal! Support takes 2 hours to respond to messages. They said they will not return the money. In general, they are scammers, I do not recommend them!
