I recently purchased a pair of Brooks Glycerin 22 black size 6 from Run North West. I did use a discount code and they worked out less than half the price of the same pair elsewhere. What an absolute gem of a retailer to buy from.
I was looking to purchase a pair of New Balance 860v15 size 10/wide. Decided to use Gemini to do a thorough search for a pair. The AI search came up with Run North West with them in stock, plus their price was less expensive than the New Balance website.
I ordered them in an afternoon, received them next working day. On opening the box I was greeted by a handwritten note, such a thoughtful gesture (Other retailers take note) plus a pack of love heart sweets, it's the little things that people/retailers/companies do that make a big difference.
For that alone, I will now be using Run North West for my go to website for all things to do with footwear. Plus, the staff all have an interest in running and know their stuff about trainers. So glad Gemini recommended them.

Faultless, speedy, personal service
I ordered a new Garmin 570 and it was with me in less than 24 hours, which is impeccable and not expected. I was surprised having placed the order mid afternoon that it was dispatched within the hour. On delivery I opened my parcel to find a hand written thank you note and some sweets (as well as my watch critically). Faultless service with a personal touch.

Nike Vamero plus pink love them.
Nike Vamero plus my favourite long distance running shoes these are my second pair I love them that much only need this shoe for everyday runs and longer distance which I use them for marathon training, and by far the best independent running shop these guys know there stuff and very friendly it ticks all the boxes 😁😁
