A pathetic online plateform to buy anything. I bought pair of running shoes online. While keeping in mind if i find any problem, atleast i could return it back but these people dont take return back. I used these shoes for one day and found pain in my leg since those were not suitable for my feet and send it back right after but now they dont accept my return giving excuses like i have used them. Why would you offer a 180 day gurantee for return and how would we know if the pair of shoe is suitable or not if we do not use it atleast once. This is simply a fraud policy. I would never recommend buying online stuff from this website.. moreover they are only giving me either 30% of the payment or i have to take it back as it is. So please be aware of these scammers.

The service has been poor. I ordered over a week ago, 04/03/24 and the shoes have still not arrived. This would be ok if the delivery was free, but it was £4.50... Additionally, in relation to the shipping the updates have been slow and there has not been any update on shipping since 1am yesterday morning, which is over 36 hours ago. They don't make it clear that the product would be coming from Denmark. Defintely wont be purchasing again and would advise the same of any other UK customers.

The returns process is terrible. Please improve this as you can not purchase running trainers with out trying them. If you want an online business you have to improve the ease of returns. My trainers didn't fit. Having returned my trainers immediately I've been waiting a month for a refund. Today I've been told I'll receive a credit note!! Not good enough. Refund please.
Don't shop here! They have no idea of a seamless shopping experience. Not worth all this hassle. Terrible.

Slightly disappointed at the moment. Ordered Cumulus 25's on 30 December (2 weeks ago and still no sign of them arriving.
I travel to Spain in 2 days time and the trainers were ordered for training during my 3 month stay.
Can't comment on shoes, but delivery time is appalling.
Update: Despite being told that my trainers would be stopped on the delivery process, they arrived today after 16 days after order.
I informed the company that I would be in Spain from early this morning for 3 months - obviously, trainers arriving today is no good for me as I'm not in France.
Received phone call from delivery driver this morning informing me he was at my gate - he left the parcel at a local shop and hopefully, I'll collect it in 3 months time.
Delivery time is very poor which has led me to continue training on my old trainers for another 3 months.

Terrible! My order is stuck at customs in Denmark and I had to email them three times before they actually inquired (supposedly) with the courier. Tried to fob me off twice with all that insincere “hope you have a lovely day, blah blah” rubbish. They should spend more time and effort doing their customer service job properly.
I was going to order other things from them, but they can forget that.

They asked for further information, which I provided.
The order suddenly turned up. I also had to return the order as the shoes were too big. Running Xpert quotes a handling time for returns of 3-4 weeks! I've never come across such a long handling time in all my time doing internet shopping. As other reviewers have said, they seem to want to make it as difficult as possible for UK customers to return goods, so you give up.

It’s interesting that on their TrustPilot reply here they talk about the returns process taking around 3 weeks, so that people reading the review are not put off, compared to their email response to me, where the text was exactly the same, except they said it would take around 4 weeks.
I have returned items to EU countries since Brexit and they take nowhere near this time.

The shoes I ordered were competitively priced, and good value. I placed the order on the 3rd of Nov and received the shoes on the 9th of Nov. I received email confirmation and tracking information at every stage or the order and delivery process. Great experience!

I would like to update my experience of RunningXpert. As other UK customers have said, they are very adept at avoiding refunds. I got sent an incorrect size of costly trainers, necessitating a return. As others have reported, they spent months not sending the return label, siting shipper issues for UK customers etc (I also didn't realise they weren't UK based as their website is in £'s). After contacting paypal they sent a return label which could not. be read by the Post Office...more weeks of waiting ...eventually the correct label was sent. We were edging towards their ''end of guaranteed return'' policy now, which I feel was not coincidental. After finally getting the label to ship off ...as with others...zero refund. I opened a paypal claim and thankfully kept my shipping receipt as they did not willingly refund, or answer logically to any emails, and explicitly stated they would not refund me unless I closed my paypal claim. The upshot is, after months of utter hassle, paypal, not RunningXpert, refunded me. There is still a small shortfall which I seek to get back on principal. Avoid this company if you are UK based as they appear far from honest or helpful and I'm only grateful I paid via paypal as I would not be seeing my money back otherwise. If you enjoy a ''toxic relationship'' approach to customer services, fill your boots with these guys.
Bought a Garmin Fenix 7 Sapphire solar at best price ever. Once purchase was made I immediately got a tracking number. Arrived 4 days later which was brilliant.
Am delighted with the watch although will probably only use some of the functions. Easy to navigate and very responsive. Sapphire makes some watch faces hard to read but there is such a large choice that you will find your favourite. Highly recommend company and watch.

Order placed on October the 5th before mid-day just because RunningXpert claim delivery within 3 or 4 working days. It is October the 13th and still waiting. Customer service is just postponing delivery everyday. First order, last order.
