Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. I messaged to get more information on the medals as there is such a huge selection, the support team guided me to a 5k medal for my boy and also got in engraved for me. They also managed to get it delivered before his race today and he is over the moon with it.
Won’t be going anywhere else for medals

I have bought two running tops from Running Mad.
The quality and feel is top class and really comfortable to wear in all weathers.
The shirts have maintained their colour and quality after many sweaty days and machine washes.
I would highly recommend Running Mad.

I have used RunningMad multiple times over a few years.
The medals look great and the t-shirts are top quality, both design and material.
Their virtual events helped me a lot during covid when it wasn't possible to run with a group/event.

Absolute A1 customer service. I had a concern about not receiving a confirmation email after submitting my upload. Sent them a message and received a message back within 10 minutes explaining what was happening. Medal is excellent quality, can't wait to complete the set!!

Many apologies for the clarity. We are updating our knowledge base where all this information will be there and we are absolutely reachable via email or even a instant WhatsApp chat.
Our participants contact us via those channels and get all the information, what we are doing now is just collecting all those questions to upload on the website for new participants but to answer your question...
We use Active Network as our partner to manage our leaderboards and payment systems. Some of the tech behind the platform lacks... The main issue we find that needs development is...
1. When you submit evidence it does not automatically notify us.
Because of the above issue we went through all the trial and errors and found the best way to resolve this was to carry out the following...
1. Go in to the back end every Sunday to approve submissions. That way we will never miss a submission when we have a dedicated day to approve these.
2. Pack and post medals on Mondays, that way participants will never miss out on their achievement.
With #2 there is always a possibility that you may recieve your medal early or before you complete your challenge, to cover this we include a beautiful certificate with every single medal that you can complete with your real live details as and when you complete the challenge.
You will still be able to upload your results and we will still approve on Sundays.
I hope this gives some clarity and I'm absolutely certain this review will change to a 5 Star when you recieve your medal and witness the quality of it.
Until then please feel free to contact us in any way you feel comfortable in and we will be there on the otherwise waiting to support you in any way we can.

Lots of choices of challenges and distances. It was easy to upload evidence (screen shots). The medal came and it was beautiful. A real weight to it as well so incredible experience.
