Fabulous service. I ordered thursday and my trainers arrived today. 5 days in total. Great service, I emailed the company after reading the negative reviews, they answered within hours and gave me reassurance. They came very well packaged in two secure boxes. The price was unbelievable and I will be ordering from this company again. I am part of a running community and have boasted about the wonderful service.
Took on a 5km treadmill run tonight, they were comfy and perfect. Highly recommended company. Thank you for my great trainers.

I purchased a pair of the Nike Renew in Lilac and they arrived in 3 days! Absolutely no problems with delivery or step by step process of tracking.
The trainers are so fun, comfortable and such a beautiful colour! The price was unbeatable!

After ordering it was absolutely Impossible to reach the company by phone. No useful feedback on order was provided (except from my bank confirming payment) for a couple of days, giving rise to serious doubts about this company.
On second day after ordering, I received a message about the shipment. The merchandise then arrived quickly thereafter and corresponded to what I ordered.
So very, very poor customer service (i.e., insufficient order feedback and no response by phone). If something had "gone wrong" (payment, merchandise, return, etc.) I have some doubts as to how it might ever be quickly and reasonably sorted out.

Received product but only after I kicked up a stink.

Was supposed to be 24 hour delivery? No item for 5 days, no delivery information or tracking number provided.

Tried to contact them via email-no response, via twittet-no response and via their phone number in UK and it went thru to some generic hold music for 20mins as which point they hang up on you.

Ended up opening a case with PayPal and then received the trainers a.day later..

What a silly way to run a company because the prices are good so I would have ordered again.

I wanted a specific pair of trainers which are usually £115 and I found them on Jogging point for around £60.
The order came faster than the delivery time they had told me. The trainers were really nice.
Will definitely use this site again.

Like a few other people, I read the mixed reviews and wasn’t a 100% confident but decided to give JP a go ... basically: no problem whatsoever. Got a notification, an option to track - and my order arrived 2 days ahead of the estimate. So, perfect. I do not know what JPs return process is like but for a straightforward order this was faultless.

Just completed the JP return process without any problems at all. I would not hesitate to use JP for any future purchase :)

I feel like Jogging Point has gotten a bad rep on this site, but I honestly had a great experience with them. I was concerned about the site after reading these reviews, so I emailed their customer services to make sure they received my order, got a prompt reply back with a tracking link. Very quick dispatch and international shipping. Would deffo buy from Jogging Point again.

I orderes 4 pairs of mizuno's at a bargain price.The first were at home after 3 days and the latest after 5 days.In total i paid 195 euros while the mrsp would be around 500 euros.👌👌

Personally had no problems with this company. Saved about £30 on a pair of trainers I’d been searching to buy and I received them within a week.

Terrible service.
Charged me twice. Took weeks for amount to be refunded.
Items returned and 2 MONTHS LATER I am still awaiting the full credit. WHAT A MESS.

Recently made an order from this site and it was delivered in under a week and excellent communication. Had to write a review as seen the bad feedback but this was a recent purchase, excellent service and good deals.

Initially ok as delivered shoes as promised, a good start.

However, Joggingpoint charged me twice for my order. I emailed explaining the problem which they acknowledged.

That was over two weeks ago and despite numerous emails from me they are now not replying at all and no answer on phone.

Terrible service and I will be taking my complaint further.

Ordered trainers for hubby for Father's Day. They didn't turn up, emailed to get an ETA, told not in stock. Asked why I was only just being told, did not het a response. Now grappling to get a refund. Awful.

Jogging point took payment and failed to deliver the product (Asics trainers). I had to jump through hoops (which was hard as I didn't have my trainers) to get a refund. They made it extremely difficult. In the end I raised it as a fraud with my credit card company. There is a reason their prices are so low, and I found out the hard way. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

I ordered a pair of Nike Pegasus 35 on the 24/04/19 and once I had placed the order I then searched for reviews of Jogging Point and was worried about what I saw.

However, I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I think Jogging Point have been given a bad rep.

As I said, I ordered the trainers on the 24/04/19, the next day on the 25/05/19 I received an email saying the trainers had been shipped and they were being shipped by a courier company called 'GLS' and a tracking number was provided.

Now, the tracking number didn't work, but I assumed the shoes most probably wont have been picked up until the next day by the courier anyway so there would be no history for the tracking number.

On the 26/05/19 I logged into my account and I noticed that the tracking information was showing '404 Not found' which was little worrying but I thought I would wait another day to see if anything updated.

On the 27/05 I logged into my account again and it now showed that my trainers were actually going to be shipped by 'UPS'. So I googled UPS, put my tracking number in and low and behold, the parcel was on its way.

I saved lots of money, it took 5 days for the trainers to be delivered by a well known courier.

Just wait a day from your order for your tracking number information to be updated and mind to check both 'GLS' Couriers and 'UPS' Couriers

Delivery estimate not accurate and it seems impossible it ever would have been, very disappointing as it means I don't have the shoes ready for the race I bought them for. It seems like they only sent my item after asking about a tracking number. Will likely have to buy a second pair locally now.

I ordered two pairs of trainers from them - but no order confirmation.
After a week I tried to call them - I got through at the fifth attempt.
I asked for a delivery tracking details - the guy's English was so bad I heard the wrong number. And couldn't find my shipment.
Whilst wondering what to do next a delivery van appeared with my trainers...
In short, customer service not great, but they delivered two pairs of trainers at a great price. I'm happy.

I cannot complain about this company.

I ordered trainers on Saturday not realising they are in Germany, so I emailed to ensure they had them in stock and would be able to send that week.

I received a reply on Monday morning confirming receipt and stock ok.

I received the trainers on Friday before 1pm.

Excellent service, no issues. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Felt compelled to write a review, seeing as this company have received a bit of a bashing on here. I read the reviews before ordering but thought I'd take a risk on them. Ordered at weekend. Delivery received on Thursday. Correct product received. Jogging Point price almost half that of full retail price for adidas Solar Boost running shoes. Only thing I'd have liked is the tracking number noted on the order within the 'my account' section once shipped. I emailed them in the evening to ask for it. Received a reply straight away the following morning with the tracking number. No issues for me using this company.
