If you're compassionate about running and enjoy it then I'd highly recommend Runnez for you.

I can't speak highly enough if Rick Mirabella and Runnez. Rick's specialist knowledge, combined with his passion, his enthusiasm and his sheer love of running make the classes fun and effective. I never would have thought I could run a marathon, but with Rick's help, I did. Sticking to shorter distances now and Runnez is just as helpful. I feel I've made progress after every class and I'm enjoying my running more than ever.

Every session is meticulously planned by Rick & team.
Every session is designed for everyone to achieve 100% and designed to continuously increase your abilities.
Extremely motivational during every set.
If you ever feel tired there is a motivational word or 2 to pick you up and allow you to go another level.
The environment and people around you compliment this and boost you to go that little bit harder.
Each session is an awesome experience.
The support outside a Runnez session is just as incredible.
Whatever your goal, be it a 5km, 10km, 1/2 Marathon, Marathon or Ultra marathon, Rick and the team are there as mentors, guides & strategists however much or little you desire.
You become part of the Runnez Family as soon as you walk through the door.

Rick Mirabella is the Dali lama of running!!! It doesn't matter what standard you are at, he will get the absolute best from you. Every individual is given one on one focus to help them reach their goals. I can't recommend this gym highly enough. The whole team are just friendly, helpful, informative people. An absolute 10/10 from me!

This place and its people are incredible...Rick is an amazing man. So experienced, motivational and encouraging. Needs more people in the world like him.
