I attempted to purchase $650USD of gift cards from Topcashback who put me in RUNA's site to complete the order. No cards came + when I contacted RUNA I was told finance needed to review. Then I was told there were problems and then they were fixed and check my email for the gift cards. I responded that I had not received anything. Today they said the order was cancelled and that a credit would be issued to my bank. RUNA has had my money for almost a week and now I have to spend another week checking my bank to see if a credit was issued. RUNA's 70% Trustpilot score should be lowered.

RUNA is a scam address it withdrew $100 from my account and then $500 from my account. I protested both charges to my credit card. Visa Visa replied it is a legitimate business but could not tell what they did because they had proper credentials on the withdrawal. My protest for payment was overruled.

This a scammers website took £9.95 for a toolkit then followed up with an unauthorised £57 withdrawal. Payment stopped, card stopped now waiting on a replacement card. Avoid at all costs. Reported advert as well.

As others have said its a scam you get signed up even if you never visit the site, first payment £9,95, then another payment of £57, they need to be stopped .

Second payment taken 57.00 to runawebsite scammers u wont be scamming me mate! Took out credit card zabla so beware!

This is a fraud website took 9.99 by fraud advising tool kit for sale then took 2 payments of 57.00 from my bank never authorised payments of 57.oo 0n 21 then again on 29 may 2025

Scam company ... I thought I'd bought a shed but I apparently managed to subscribe to a site I had never visited instead?????? Contacting them was a waste of time ... at £9.95 a go (Tried taking another £57 but contacted the bank & got it stopped) I'm sure they know what they are doing - adding up to them being despicable humans with no morals.

Total scammers. Thought I was dealing with Dunelm Mill and was put through to this lot who then scammed a membership fee of £57.

Definitely a scam! Was tricked into 'joining' and refused a refund, KEEP CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE.

I thought I was dealing with screwfix when I was redirected to this site.
Obvious scammers.
Don't know how they are allowed to get away with this.

Scam. Cancelled my card immediately . Still trying to take over £50 on old card. Idiots.

Scam website. Don't give them any money

I have had two transactions taken from my bank account by this company.
An email to their address was returned undelivered and I spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply on Live Chat.
I think my only option now is to report both transactions as fraudulent as I can’t get a response from this company.
