Order placed on 11/1/2026. Until now, no tracking number and no delivery. No update from the seller. Very disappointed with the service.Unacceptable Service for a Pricey Item.

Terrible experience with “Rumi Shoes.” I paid on 4 Feb 2026 after seeing their Facebook ad and received an order confirmation, but that’s where it ended. No shoes, no tracking number, no updates. My WhatsApp messages were completely ignored.

After searching online, I discovered other customers reporting the same non-delivery issue. This is extremely unprofessional and highly suspicious.

Do not waste your money here. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing.

Before placing order, the website indicated the shipping will take few days to deliver. Placed and paid for my order on 10/2, expect to receive before CNY. I haven't receive my order as of today - 25/2. The seller did not response to my emails and whatsapp message. No sure is this a scam..

Me too have facing same problem. I ordered 2 pairs on the 17/12/2025. Until today 24/2/2026.
I have not received my shoes. We received 3 emails (even got the customer's name wrong) from customer service saying that the order had already been dispatched and the tracking details would come through, and the last email claimed that the order had already arrived in west malaysia etc. BUT we didn't receive any tracking details (checked spam emails), nor receive the parcel. Even until today,24/2 the order status on the website is still under 'ordered' status!

I ordered a pair on the 31/12/2025. Until today 11/2/2026, I have not received my shoes. This seller is a scammer!

Ordered shoes on the 17th of January. Receipt of payment received but no news after that. Try reaching the mobile number on their website but ringing no one is answering. Send private message in their FB add and also instagram no news. Send them an email, no news. But their website looks canggih. I think police need to take action.

Shoes took weeks to arrive. When arrived, the garter holding the shoe buckle on one of the shoe is broken, hence can’t use the buckle to keep shoe on. When emailed took a week to reply and sent a very professionally written email and said they would send a replacement shoe and that I can keep the defective shoe. One month later still no replacement shoe and emails unanswered. Shoe is also coming from China, not Sarawak.

Very bad service. Order form 15/1/2026....today is 2/2/26....no progress of shipping. It stuck at delivery progress....no shoes received. Pls dont buy form this shop.

I also not received after three weeks ! And no reply! I think is scam site.

I dropped order on 6/1/26, the shoes still now also not received any. I had sent email no reply given, message in it's FB side also no reply. The shoes claiming from Sarawak, but instead the tracking status from China. The tracking number keep on hold there . All must beware when buying from here.

I wish there was such a thing as -☆.
Ordered Dec 27 and received my shoes today Jan 20. Very legit looking website. Very nice pictures of shoes. Proudly proclaiming they are Malaysian made from Sarawak. The truth? The shoes came from China. I was very disappointed with the shoes. It looks cheap. I can see the gum residues. The buckle looks cheap and light weight. Probably worth 20% of what i paid for it. This company is a scammer, pure and simple. Buyers beware!!!!!

UPDATE : i received my shoes after nearly a month. The item came from China and that's why it took so long. However, the quality is substandard compared to the price I paid of nearly RM150.. and the size doesn't fit even though I chose a size bigger than what i usually buy.. I chose this site as it looked so legit and truly "Malaysian" but .. so disappointed and feel cheated.

Website looks legit and shoes look great. Ordered a pair on 18/12 but status is stuck. Further research shows similiar complaints…
