great atmosphere

great atmosphere, was holiday time so many families with kids and waiting time in the queues was long, but still ok. Good and tasty food, clean facilities.

Accident at Rulantica (Europa Park)…

Accident at Rulantica (Europa Park) attraction
On February 21, 2024, around 6:30 PM, I went on the Vildfal attraction in Rulantica, Rust, twice. I was almost the only person on the ride. There are two tunnels—first, I took the red one, then climbed back up to try the green one. On my second go, during the initial drop (right after the platform opened), I felt an unusual jolt. Afterward, I noticed a strange grinding sensation in my teeth. When I reached the bottom, I saw that a piece of my upper left front tooth was missing. I immediately reported this to the Red Cross. My daughter witnessed that my tooth was damaged after the slide. Additionally, my activity was recorded using the magnetic wristband. I followed all safety instructions before, during, and after the incident. This was a closed slide where you stand alone on a platform that drops, triggering the slide. I trusted Rulantica's facilities and went ahead. When I exited the slide, I realized one of my teeth was broken. They rejected a fair settlement of the dispute and did not want to hear anything from me, saying that they passed all security tests etc... I was a big fan of Europa Park since I am 8 year lod but I will never go back again to either Europa Park or Rulantica. I will seek reperation for the physical and moral damages to court if necessary.
