The therapist is nice, flexible about scheduling appts., and full of good tips for ways to improve mood.

My experience choosing a provider was clear, and I liked having the ability to get to know clinicians through their personal profile that helped shape my choice in therapist. My therapist is a great fit, a great communicator, and he is very resourceful.

I love how easy it is to join my sessions.

The information provided regarding the therapist was extremely helpful. The reminders, check ins, and automatic deductible payments are convenient as well.

First off, for the first appointment I didn’t have the suite number for the therapist, and her name wasn’t on the directory and I didn’t have a phone number to reach anyone. Very frustrating.

Overall, despite filling out forms the therapist didn’t seem to have a lot of information about me.

And when I canceled and gave the reason, Rula automatically rebooked all my appointments.

I appreciate all the helpful information Kalyani shares with me during our sessions. Her guidance helps me cope with stressful situations at home and better manage my overall stress.

Rula has many therapy options and therapists to help you with whatever you are experiencing. Finding a therapist scheduling appointments is all made very easy.

The website is clear and easy to navigate, and I appreciated the bio on each of the therapists which is very helpful to identify a therapist who specializes in the areas I was interested in. The therapist, Brett Rhodes, was very easy to talk to and helped me quickly zone into what I needed to talk about. Overall, this was a great therapeutic tool and made the experience easy and helpful and affordable.

We are very happy with Nicole. These problems we are having are many years in the making. She is working with us even though it has only been a few sessions we feel the difference. Don’t know what we would have done without Rula!

Very bureaucratic and not helpful.

I requested a woman therapist and someone that was knowledgeable with ADHD. I was referred to a nice lady, specialist with ADHD

Easy to find a great therapist, easy to schedule and I like the ability to zoom rather than drive to an office

Rula is convenient… life is busy so having the option to speak to a live person via zoom is a great option. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy to navigate thru life… past or present challenges.

My experience with Chanel Yako, LCSW, was unfortunately very disappointing. There were multiple occasions when she cancelled appointments or was not available on time. What hurt the most was being charged a late cancellation fee for an appointment that she herself did not show up for. I understand that circumstances happen, but I expected the same consideration and respect for my time that was expected of me as a client. Ultimately, I left feeling disappointed, disregarded, and very hurt by the experience.

Super easy to find someone with the skillets I need who is covered by my insurance. Would recommend to anybody.
