I was matched with an incredible therapist, Sylvia Petitt who helped me during a very difficult time in my life. I was going through a nasty breakup. We worked together using EMDR. I learned why I didn't love myself and how to love myself. I learned about co-dependent behaviors which resulted in me picking the wrong relationships, both love and friendship. Now I set boundaries. I don't care whether I have a man in my life. If it happens, ok. If not, I'm good just being me with myself. She helped me to change my entire perspective and to value myself and what I bring to the table in all my relationships. It was a pivotal point in my life and Sylvia played a vital role.

Easy convenient and it’s just what I needed

I was looking for a therapist and came across this Rula services very helpful and easy took less time and effort I would recommend this service to anyone

My therapist stood me up for our therapy appointment. Rula is now trying to charge me a cancellation fee for a therapy appointment I showed up to. When I contacted customer support, they assured me they'd remove the charge-- instead they pushed it through to my credit card an hour later. This has been the worst therapy experience I've ever had, not least because I never actually received therapy. This is a scam, not a service.

I tried this platform for the first time and already have a bad taste about it. I scheduled an appointment with a therapist only for her to say she can’t make it. It wasn’t that, that got me. She rescheduled the session to the next day in the morning when I work. I told her this. I gave her my availability and what days work best for me. She didn’t respond until much later. We talked about another day that can work and before confirming, she canceled all of our sessions including the one she rescheduled without confirming with me. Now the only thing is that she had canceled the appointment the day of… now I dont know what she did on her rnd but it sent me a message that I now owed 99$ for canceling the day of.. Of course now I am beyond annoyed. First time on the platform and already things have gone sound. I then reached out to support and they contacted the billing department for me. So why did the billing department then tell me they were going to give me a One time courtesy waiver on the 99$…excuse me? I didn’t even schedule this appointment in the first place?! So now you're saying I can no longer request for a waiver, that I’ve used it on this? On what should’ve been on the therapist? Yea no, I’m good. Therapy should not be this. I will not be using this platform for the foreseeable future.

Terribly customer support and billing. My therapist moved to this agency and its been nothing but headache after headache for a year. Somehow my account got so messed up on THEIR END they couldnt even reset my account and we had to create an entirely new one. Following that they've continually messed up my insurance billing. Ive had to resubmit my secondary insurance multiple times and the latest issue is they changed my insurance on file to an insurance I dont even have. All they do is keep blaming portal issues. Portal issues. Portal Issues. Portal issues. Im so over it.

My therapist is warm, professional, kind, and insightful; I feel like she was the one I was meant to choose to support me. I feel seen and heard which is something I rarely experience.
