Really bad after sales service, warranty not being provided on my toilet jet rusting within few days of purchase. Every mail gives different reasons to avoid warranty. No technician visited. Their products seem substandard.
Sadly, I looked forward to buying more bathroom fittings from them but this cheap product somehow saved me from poor quality and service in those.

Edit based on reply by company- Even after quoting their reply to my review on their support email, I felt like talking to a wall not humans, they won't bother even talking on call. Their claims of location feasibility are a sham because if they don't send their technician to Delhi, god knows where in India do they find it feasible. Their support team simply quotes one reason after another to deny you warranty without any proofs or even a physical visit. So yes my review stays intact, this is a company with subpar product quality and no after sales service.

Their products are good upto mark and match quality standards.

But their customer support is joke.
Untrained person handling calls (no log system at all)
No technician support.
They dont reply to WhatsApp.

My issue is still not resolved from 19th Feb. Neither they have tickets raised to resolve the same. Random person handling landline ( +91 92059 93314) says nahi hoga because she thinks nahi hoga.

Ruhe India's after sales service is an absolute nightmare. I had bought three concealed cisterns for 3 wall hung commodes. Of these 2 wouldn't stop overflowing. And out of 3 hygiene faucets one isn't working. Despite repeated complaints and follow ups, my problem still hasn't been resolved
It has been a week now. Ruhe solutions says they are 'trying to send a technician'. This is totally unacceptable and their service is non existent!

After writing this review, a technician was sent immediately to rectify my problem. It was resolved in half an hour. So unless you escalate the issue, Ruhe customer care doesn't do much. It was also very difficult to get through to them. I must say that my dealer in Dibrugarh, Pratham, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to chase the issue and provided me with alternative contact numbers

I recently bought a western commode from ruhe and honestly speaking it’s worth the price. They have variety of designs that fit according to your space. Great experience

Hey, this is an appreciation post for the brand Ruhe. I’m based in Canada, but I take care of my parents in India. This time, I urgently needed to buy a faucet for them as it was leaking. Since my parents are quite old and unable to visit the market, I contacted Ruhe and requested one-day delivery. The brand not only understood my situation but also delivered the product on the same day. There are many brands in the market selling similar products, but Ruhe truly stands out for understanding and valuing customer emotions.

Complete scam. No way to reach the company their support number always experiences high call volume and no way to reach them. My order 78163 is pending from 2 weeks and there is no update.

If you dont believe then just try to call them on their number on the website or send whatsapp message they will not respond.

They have premium quality products, the material, the look, everything is just perfect! They provide the best service.

Really great products. I recently bought their smart shower panel and love it. Their customer support team is also very helpful. I called them multiple times due to confusion and was answered politely every time!

Through Ruhe app I have placed a return request for one of the Ruhe products received. My product has been picked up on the very next day from their courier partner. Now its been more than 25 days but I haven't received my refund worth 6K. Everytime they are asking me to wait for 3-4 days and the reply will never change. Still am chasing their team for my refund. We are placing the orders as prepaid but we need to chase them for refund. Better think twice before purchasing/returning any ruhe products.

Service is poor, I have ordered 5 items, only 1 reached.
3 items reached destination but courier guy did not show up and marked as door locked. There is no update on the 5th item, if it is dispatched.
I have made a pre payment trusting the company.
Not sure if I will get all the deliveries, or lose the money.
Not reachable on phone or whatsapp, nobody calls back to resolve the issue.
