NO CONFIRMATION OF BANK TRANSFER, NO INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY
After placig the order, I received email confirmation right away. This, however, has NOT been the case with the bank transfer, even though the fee was deducted from my account two days ago. (Still no confirmation from RugVista in my email box.) In addition, an extra fee of more than 10% of the purchase price (!!!) was also deducted from my account as "bank charges and commissions", which wasn't in any way indicated on the website, and which is an outrageously high sum. I feel tricked and very disappointed. Also, I'd expect RugVista to DULY confirm receipt of bank transfers and send information about the delivery (neither of which has happened for the past two days).

I ordered 2 rugs, I hopes to have 1 of them being suitable. Both were nice and with great quality. Unfortunately none of them were working in the dining room, so I sent them back. The return was flawless, the price was received in a few days. High quality of service. I will buy rugs from them in the future and highly recommend.

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery, allowing customers plenty of time to decide whether a rug is right for their home. Our Customer Care team is also always available to assist with the return process if any questions arise.
Unfortunately, in this case, the return request was made after the return period had expired, which meant we were unable to register the return. As we strive to treat all customers fairly and consistently, we are unable to make exceptions once the return period has passed.
We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.
