Ordered wrong size by mistake. Despite a rectangular image on the website the rug was round. Wouldn't arrange to take it back even though I was happy to pay postage. Ive never experienced not being able to make a return.
As I hadn't opened the package I arranged myself to send the rug back and I was reimbursed, but I will try another seller whose site is more explicit, as I don't think much of their customer service.

The rug is good quality but the packaging has let us down. It’s badly “contorted” at one of the edges due to the edge being folded during packing. It won’t lie flat. We will see how is goes over a few days, but it should have been packed more carefully.

Whilst I received messages to say the order had been dispatched and after waiting in for a day and a half, no rug arrived. On contacting the company, I've been told that it was never dispatched but placed on back-order. The customer service here was excellent and looked into my query very promptly. Just annoying that I waited in and alarming that I received messages that the order was fullfilled in the first place.

I wish I’d read the other reviews on here before ordering. Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago & received nothing from them. They promise to dispatch next day! All I get is emails asking for me to review on here! I’ve tried emailing & calling them but they don’t answer their phones.

After ordering a sheepskin rug at a very competitive price I would like to say, the follow up service has been somewhat lacking. No update of progress of my order despite having (with some difficulty) used your contact site twice, no reply forthcoming!
Perhaps look at your communication with your customers?
