couldn't be happier! from beginning to end, the entire ordering process was so easy - the design team was super responsive and patient with our custom order (a class gift for the school office): they provided proofs for each and every change; they double checked all the dimensions, giving their professional advice as needed; and continuously updated us on the shipping. the final product was fantastic! thank you so much, now we have a rug company to count on.

I love Rugs That Fit! I bought our first rug last year, and it has held up nicely and still looks great. So, when we needed another rug for another part of our outdoor space, I immediately went to Rugs That Fit. I needed a custom size and braced for a crazy price for asking for a custom size. But, no, the price was very reasonable, about the same as the rugs in the similar size.

It looks great straight out of the packaging, and even lies flat. Highly recommend.

Delivered product did not meet specs
We received a rug that did not meet the specs we had agreed upon in writing. Rugsthatfit.com refused to do anything to rectify the problem even after admitting they made a mistake. They initially said they didn't think we would mind the changes they made and then admitted they made a mistake but still would not remake the rug to originally agreed upon specs and would not offer any refund.

What a great company to do business with! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and the product is top notch! Would absolutely buy from them again!
