A place to order on September 20th
A place to order on September 20th. Today is October 27th and I have yet to receive the runner. FedEx indicates that it did ship but the latest information on their website says it was in Georgia over a week ago. With no new tracking information provided. I'm beginning to think that it's lost. It did ship after one month but now it's in limbo somewhere

I received this rug last week
I received this rug last week. I have workers in my house so I have not yet opened the entire package.
I will say that the wrapping, while it appears sufficient, was torn in one area and it looks like a truck ran over the wrapping. Once section is torn and I can see that the binding has been soiled. Hoping that I can get the dirt (or grease) out without an issue.

Wow! The wool rug I ordered came so quickly - I was astounded at the delivery time. It was wrapped very professionally in 2 layers of heavy duty plastic and supported on the ends with cardboard. Couldn’t have asked for better. The rug is absolutely beautiful and fits my space perfectly.

It was quite uneventful, just THE WAY I LIKE IT!!!! LOVELY PRODUCTS. I lOVE these vinyl floor cloths, great quality, you do have to be careful because they will puncture but they are a great product. NOT TOO EXPENSIVE WONDERFUL COLORS, AND THE DESIGNS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD, I TEND TO GRAVITATE TO THEIR PERSIAN AND VINTAGE VINYLS.
I’m so impressed with this products you can custom size for a minimal fee. Shipping is the same. Maintenance IS SOO EASY nothing to it, I was cooking something greasy and some splattered onto the vinyl, these are Matt so anything shiny or dirty it will show. Mop and a bit of dish soap and VOALA!!!! I a’m on my eleventh, three more on the way for the stair landing. CAN’T GET ENOUPH OF THESE RUGS….. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!
