It’s a beautiful carpet and easy to clean. What more do I need? :)

Very pleased with our new carpet.
We bought it for our entry/corridor.
Soft under the feet. Very pretty design.
Does not slip. And the dog love to sleep on it.

You have to wait 2-3 weeks for your rug, but for me that's ok, as they don't waste material by precutting to size. That's environmentally friendly. When the rug arrives, you'll love the quality and the colours. It is really well made, the edges are finished really well and it looks just like in the pictures. I haven't washed it yet but think it will stand the test of approval.

I applied to return the carpet I ordered.
The colors were great but the carpet had these lines underneath the surface. The lines were clearly visible.
Those lines were not something that could be solved with washing or combing of the rug, but rather like the lines you get when copying something on a new peace of paper. What you copied is there but so are the lines.
Very disappointed

We now have three rugs from Ruggable, and I love them all. I just find them to be exceptionally expensive. I haven't tried to wash them, yet, but we did have a spill (on the new rug!) and when I cleaned it, not a stain was left. We have wool rugs in the house, too. Of course the Ruggable products are not natural, but wow, is it convenient. Especially for high-traffic areas and with three animals and a young kid. So, yes, we're happy we have them.

On the website, the colour representation / sizes / varieties are to be trusted. I am thrilled with the colour match I achieved without personal viewing.
The ordering was seamless, and delivery good, although to be more environmentally friendly I would not worry if my packages were held back untill all get delivered together.
Communication was good. I was kept updated on delivery status.
I recommend the thicker carpet for more comfort, but the low profile (thinest) option I think will wash easier in the machine and is perfect for the hi traffic areas where I put them. The carpets are stable, they do not slip, so very safe, and I love the velcro effect of the underlayer - excellent innovation.
Definitely recommend. I will buy from Ruggable again.

Only one rug was delivered though I ordered 2 and paid for 2. To get in touch with Ruggable is complicated.

Everything went well, the reaction time to my questions was good. Delivery experience and the product were fine. The only thing I was missing was a more formal contact interface for corporate clients. The whole page seems to be built for retail and if you're a company you need to spend some time to figure out who to talk to

We are very happy with out two carpets! We ordered one for the bathroom and one for the corridor. Both are gorgeous! I contacted customer services and they were super friendly and really helpful. Great experience overall

Ruggable rugs are excellent quality and perfectly meet expectations. The ordering process online is extremely informative with visuals and measurements so it is easy to define the exact rug size for your needs. I love each Ruggable I have purchased. The ability to wash the rug is just an added bonus!

Delivery took a while, but we were kept informed. Item is just as pictured. Looks great!!

we returned the product and got just a partial refund although we have never used the product. The product was thrown by DPD over the fence and was in the rain for several days. We also informed ruaggable about that issue. So we have returned it and now we get only a partial refund.

2.) yes it was a return, no issue to pay the label on my own. BUT it was a return so you cant charge for handling fees. Just for the label itself. If i would have known that i would have sent it with my own courier
3.) YOU HAVE DELIVERED A PRODUCT COMPLETLY WET AND HAVE THROWN IT OVER THE FENCE. Please tell me why we have to pay in such a case return costs? Deliver something which is ok - then its ok asking for return shipment. But not with such a kind of delivery.

The rug was the wrong colour

The rug is absolutely beautiful and high quality. Looking forward to my next purchase for my kitchen 😊

The rugg looks just like its picture, good delivery and great service from costumer service due to a minor error. Will for sure buy for ruggs here.

I regret every single day that I bought a ruggable for my kitchen. Every time I walk into my kitchen I see the rug crooked and nowhere near the spot where it needs to be. Am I wrong that one of the only purposes of a rug is to lay on the floor where you place it? Well, this one cannot even do that. The only place this rug can function properly, is if heavy furniture is placed on top of it, holding it in place. Did I buy a separate rug pad to help it stay in place? Yes. Did it work? Nope. It still slid right off of the separate rug pad while said rug pad stayed where it should. One might say, this rug isn’t intended for heavily trafficked areas, such as a kitchen. And to that I ask: then why is its entire concept to be made “washable”? Buy your rug elsewhere, trust me.

The ordered arrived and the product was actually good. However I had to find the customer service email and ask for an order number, then I had to ask for an invoice, then I had to ask for tracking. Then I had to email again and ask for the invoice to be attached to the email so I could download it. Really ridiculous that this information is not available on the website either.
