Very impressed with both the company and quality of the product. Good choice of both design and sizes, ordering process easy and our rug arrived very quickly. In the end we had to return only because the colours didn't look quite as expected in our room - but you can't know that until you see it in your own surroundings. Fantastic service and excellent quality rug for the price. We ordered a rug and received it within 5 working days. The rug is of very good quality for the price. Unfortunately, the colours we chose didnt quite work for us so we decided to return it as no other model would work either. Rugette after-sales team arranged the refund promptly. We even received it before they had received the rug back!
