Rugby Tour Spain Reviews 

We used Rugby Tour Spain to organise our cricket tour to La Línea and Gibraltar in June 2026 — I believe their first cricket tour! — and they delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The key to any successful tour partnership is having someone responsive and knowledgeable on the other side, and in Ade and Guy, we had exactly that. Over the six months leading up to the tour, Ade was consistently available, proactive and helpful. He arranged fixtures against Gibraltar Cricket, accommodation at the Ohtels Campo de Gibraltar, match-day transport, our end of tour dinner at the Royal Yacht Club; and the logistics of moving a 40-strong group across an international border (Spain/Gibraltar) twice a day (passports, coaches, timings) were handled seamlessly.

As a club that has toured extensively across Europe, we know how much the pre-tour window can load onto the organising committee. Having a coordinator who answers emails and texts promptly, solves problems before they become issues, and genuinely understands what a touring cricket club needs, makes a massive difference. We select our partners largely on that basis, and Rugby Tour Spain passed with flying colours.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ade and the Rugby Tour Spain team to any cricket club considering this part of the world.

Gibraltar is a unique and memorable destination, and with the right people on the ground, the whole experience is elevated considerably.

Second year in a row using rugby tour spain and another great experience. Transport, hotel and rugby all first class.
Most importantly the boys had a wonderful time.

From start to finish our Vets tour party were looked after - a warm welcome from Ade and a reassuring smile and calm confidence of a guy that knew what he was doing. The logistics from airport to Marbella, Gibraltar, Banus and the airport return worked seamlessly. Great rugby knowledge plus huge experience in the region delivered an unforgettable tour. Our recent Vet's rugby tour included 4 days in the Marbella area and a rugby match in Gibraltar. From the beginning of our interactions, it was clear that Ade and Rugby Tour Spain understood what a tour means and our requirements. We were able to blend our thoughts with their experience and tailor a trip that exceeded our expectations. Travel throughout for 25 tourists was on time and flexible to our needs. We (West of Scotland U16) had a wonderful tour to the Costa del Sol, with Ade and Guy taking all of the pain out of the logistics for us. All the buses to and from airports, getting through passport control in Gibraltar etc etc. Highly recommend them. Great guys too.

I’ve organised many tours in my time and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable. The accommodation was great, the coach transfers were spot on, the hospitality before, during and after the game was superb.

When you’re responsible for organising a tour communication is key and I can’t fault RTS one bit. They were always quick to reply if I had any questions which made organising this tour much easier for me. The hotel was quick to check us all in and our transfers were on time every time. I’ll definitely be using them again. Thank you RTS for a great weekend away which was full of long lasting memories.

The Perennials RFC had the most fantastic visit to Marbella. The organisation was first class and no matter what we needed it was provided. Whether buses, taxis, restaurants were needed they were sorted. Thanks Ade and Guy from us all. (Perennials RFC - European Veterans Champions!)

Our under 14 rugby tour to Salou was a great success. Really well organized and loads of fun

A great experience for both adults and kids. Everything ran brilliantly including bus to and from the venue, a great day of rugby, refs were excellent,
refreshments were available and apparently a beer or two were had. Venue was just right. Kids had a great time. Would recommended.

Rugby Tour Spain were excellent. Clear communication, flexible and approachable. What more could you want when organising a tour for 60 people. (30 kids & 30 adults)The buses for the trip were brilliant and the rugby festival day at Sitges were on time and both drivers were very efficient. The festival itself was fantastic - a superb location and well organised. All done by this fantastic organisation. Bedlinog under 16s. This was a excellent experience for the under 16s rugby tour. Well organised and a brilliant tournament. We would recommend this tour for any rugby ages.

We’ve just got back from our Aldwinians U16s tour and what an amazing time we all had! The hotel was lovely, the transport was great and the organisation was second to none. A huge ‘Thank you’ to you guys and to our great host teams too. It was an experience our boys will never forget.

Just got back from an amazing 4-day trip to Málaga with our Aldwinians U16 Rugby Team. As organisers, we were nervous about taking 49 people to Spain, but Rugby Tour Spain made it effortless. The logistics, transfers, and match fixtures were perfect, even for a large group of players, parents, and siblings. From start to finish, the organisation was flawless. The lads loved the training tops provided by RTS. Our U16s won 4 out of 4 games against great competition, but the experience was about much more than that, the hospitality from hosts, the team building and memories was a perfect end to our time as a junior team. Ade took care of everything, allowing parents to enjoy the trip and the coaches to focus on the game. Even in the months before we arrived, Ade always responded to my (MANY) questions and in the lead up was 100% put at ease that everything would run smoothly. 10/10! Thank you for an epic experience RTS…Aldwinians might make a come back as colts!

We have just arrived home after our Aldwinians under 16 rugby tour. Ade and the team were faultless. We played a game against San Roque on the Tuesday, a lovey rugby club and a competitive game. Then we played a 4 team tournament in Marbella, on the Thursday. Everything was so well organised with coaches to and from the hotel, refs at the game and the bar was open at both clubs. Ade even organised for my wife to be taken to the pharmacy to get some medication.
Such an amazing trip with, brilliant memories for all our boys.

What a fantastic Tour we had with Rugby Tour Spain.

The organisation and facilities were excellent for a rugby tour with close proximity to local beaches, restaurants and bars.

the boys and parents had a brilliant time and I would recommend to any other U16 touring side.

Fantastically organised. Instructions were made clear from the beginning along with expectations. Great communication on the days and all plans worked out swimmingly.
Dynamic working processes were accounted for and thus made the trip a successfully happy adventure.
