I became concerned that I had'nt received confirmation of my order after two days. I intiated contact with the company and I was offered a refund or I could continue with the order.
I chose to continue with the order after discussing my concerns.
The order arrived approximately 10 days later exactly as described. I'm happy with the order.

Scam. Ordered weeks ago and auspost say they haven’t even received anything. Contacted for a refund and gotten not response. Will be disputing with PayPal and getting my money back.

Enjoy your customers money while you can hopefully you haven't spent it as you will be forced to pay it back very soon. I hope you are never aloud to run another business as clearly you are incompetent of handling money. No ethical business values whatsoever, all these poor people work hard for their money and chose to spend on your website. Scum

I cannot believe the audacity of being sent a review request from you. If I could score you a zero I would. I can't review the product as I haven't received it and no communication of my order status. Replied to my first emails before I purchased with questions about the product etc immediately, so I ordered. Money taken the next day with a confirmation of order. Then....NOTHING. Numerous emails and messages plus an attempt to call later, still nothing. It's obvious after reading other recent reviews, that she is scamming people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WOMAN. Will be contacting consumer affairs. Looked so
legit, lesson learned... REFUND MY MONEY

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still no shipping notification. Contacted on all forms of social media with no reply or help whatsoever. It was a dress for my mother for my wedding. So dissapointed. I want a refund.

After two weeks saying dress out of stock never purchased anything from them 😡😡😡😡

I ordered more than half a dozen dresses because they looked beautiful and I thought the company wanted to provide great quality. I received several parcels from what looked like China, with clothes which didn't fit and were made from the cheapest polyester material, that I would never consider wearing. When I contacted the owner she told me that there was no return policy, even though every other online store I have ever purchased from has one, especially as you can't try the clothes on. I also felt that she was curt, rude and not interested in helping me. I explained that this was not the way to treat your customers and was told that she was not going to be bullied in trying to help me come to some resolution that could work for us both. I would never consider purchasing from her again, especially as the quality of what I have received is truly terrible.
